If you are tired of modern minimalism and everything gray and white, this is the place for you! All color and authentic artisanal tile and fabric and finishes. Very comfortable king beds in both masters. Thoughtfully outfitted with well-equipped kitchen. If you have a dog, it’s a short walk to the Water History Park, an on-leash space that is great for sniffing and strolling.

Floors didn’t seem clean. Appliances were nice. Beds were comfy. It decorated very nicely. We had to battle with ants (I did not say anything to host but they were a bother in the kitchen).

Beautiful property. The decor and stunning bathroom mosaics were just as pictured. Wonderful front patio.The kitchen is very usable and you’ll need to buy a few staple items if you plan to cook or eat in, including coffee.Great location for treks down to Canyon Road. Host was responsive and the whole process was easy. Would definitely consider this property again!

A gorgeous property. However it would be good to be aware that the fireplace is "closed" in the "summer" - presumably through September. It got pretty chilly at the end of September, so a clean log would have been nice. Also, the construction of the showers was such that the water could only be controlled from Inside the shower/tub configuration, an awkward design to say the least. The shower/tub enclosure did not provide any purchase to exit the tub and the floor was smooth. The property also included some interior steps that were well lit and provided with firm railings, but this would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Oh, the kitchen pans provided did not appear to be "no stick" but was not a problem as we did not choose to cook in; the microwave and other appliances worked great. All in all, a great stay.

The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It's has a unique personality and its location is perfect, especially if you want to wander along Canyon Road. In spite of being so centrally located, it is in a very quiet area and the neighbors are all friendly. We often sat outside in the very private patio area. We also liked the layout of the home, with the two ensuite bedrooms at opposite ends of the home. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were good quality. We did have a couple of issues while staying in the home. A lot of sugar ants appeared in the kitchen and one bathroom while we were there, but when told about the problem, the property manager offered to send a pest service to the house right away. We also had a leak in the hallway due to a heavy rain and again, the property manager contacted a roofer right away to address the problem. Neither of these things deterred from the our appreciation of the house and we certainly would rent this house again in the future.

The property was exactly as pictured, and was generally very clean when we arrived. The location was good, and our mornings on the patio were delightful, but the provided grill was in need of maintenance and incapable of exceeding 300 degrees Fahrenheit. The host was flexible and allowed us an extra hour on checkout day because no guests were arriving. We did have a repeated issue with small ants in the kitchen and one bathroom, to which the response was “use the spray under the sink.” Also, one of the bedrooms had no nightstands and not even niches in the wall to put water, phones etc. Finally, we were asked to start the laundry on checkout, which strikes me as a job for the cleaning crew, not the guest.
