Extensively restored and extended to a very high standard this stunning House/Cabana, is an oasis in the heart of West Palm. a richly diverse area equally pleasing for the active/sporty holiday maker or those looking for shopping fine dining or simply to relax by the pool or sea. Newly modernized and refurbished this 1936 Key West style cottage is truly special.
The property comprises a main house, cabana and pool. Fully furnished to a high standard, the main house has a: Reading room, large kitchen/family room, 2/ bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms. The spacious cabana has: living room with sofa bed, bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Step out to the beautiful spacious herringbone sun deck barbecue area with heated pool.
Check-in: Check-in will be from 3 p.m.
Check out: Check out no later that 11 a.m.

Great stay!

The house was perfect for our family of four. We loved the location (5 minutes from the beach and downtown area), the well supplied kitchen, and the quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect West Palm Home

This was a return visit to this property and by the end of our visit we were talking about returning for a third visit. The location is perfect for us, close to airport, close to Palm Beach and access to wonderful restaurants all around us. And the property with its beautiful pool area met all our expectations.

West Palm Beach at Xmas

Three adults stayed at this beautiful home through the Xmas holiday. It was perfect with 3 separate bedrooms. The house was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. Had an issue with cabana air conditioning and the response from owner was very prompt. Excellent location for our purposes. Great neighborhood for daily walks.would definitely stay again.

Great accommodations

We had a great vacation in Flamingo Parks. The house and cabana were beautiful, clean, and spacious for our group of four. The pool was refreshing between outings including local beaches, museums, and restaurants. Geoff and Veronica were extremely accommodating and communicative for our needs. Highly recommend!!

Exquisite west palm home

This home was delightful for our family vacation. The outdoor pool area was beautiful and the home is decorated to highlight its unique history. Perfect for all West Palm Beach and Palm Beach have to offer. As my niece said “I love it here” We would love to return.

WPB - Flamingo Park

The house and cabana are exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It's a beautiful house, in a very nice neighborhood that is very close to restaurants, the airport and area attractions in West Palm Beach. The owner was very gracious and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. It's a perfect place to stay in WPB!

Baseball Tournament

The house met all our needs for the week of baseball tournament. The location was idea, especially for finding great dinner locations very close. The pool and Cabana were the hit. Everything was clean and perfect, the kitchen was fantastic and had more then we needed. Our host was professional, courteous, and always informative. Our stay could not have been better, thanks so much!

West Palm Vacation

The house was great! Nice quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants and the grocery store. I loved that the house had beach chairs, beach umbrella and extra towels. It was a short drive to the beach. The backyard was so adorable.The beautiful palm trees drop stuff often so the leaf blower was great for keeping the patio area clear for walking. My daughter complained about the front entrance sitting room. She said it smelled like mildew and that her clothes were going to smell. We just had her keep her door closed to her bedroom. The smell did not linger into the living room. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us!

Wonderful, even in midsummer

Really nice.! Clean, great beds (even if one was a little high for us but that's because we were all over 60!), pool was all you could ask for. Close to great restaurants too. Cabana out back was a gift as one of us was a night person as well. Will definitely come back!

Great house in a great location

This home is beautiful and the location is great. Short distances to all the things West Palm Beach has to offer. It was very clean and the pool was a bonus. I did not need anything so did't communicate with the hosts- just for check in and check out which was very easy.

Fabulous Experience

We had a wonderful experience staying in Flamingo Park and at this home. The house was clean and inviting with plenty of natural light, privacy and space to spread out. It was also very close to high quality restaurants and night life. We are thinking of returning next year. It was great!

Visited for Palm Beach Boat Show

Hopefully I was a quite guest for the property owners. The house makes a great first impression when you enter. The vibe stays with you throughout your stay. My parents live in Boynton Beach and they are in their late 70’s and I had them come up and stay in the studio a couple of nights and they really liked that. Restaurants are close and so is downtown West Palm Beach. Book It.

The perfect house for 3 couples

House is in a beautiful neighborhood. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms are separate from each other creating wonderful privacy for each. Two sitting porches and poolside dining and loungers. Superb outdoor spaces. Kitchen/living/dining open and connected making for great gathering space. My most difficult decision daily was whether to have morning coffee on the front or back porch.

A Gem of a Property - A Gem of an Owner

The home is in the historic Flamingo District of West Palm Beach. The site is centrally located for easy access to the beaches of West Palm Beach at much less cost than local hotels. The home has an amazing pool, great restaurants in the area, comfortable beds, great kitchen and was well stocked. The owner (and property manager) reached out via text message and through the VRBO app to make sure all was well during our stay. Definitely a worthwhile stay

Love to go back!

The property was excellent, and the location is ideal! It was great as we stayed for a baseball tournament. Our son, who is 18, stayed in the Cabana by himself, which gave him his own space, then my husband and I had our own space. The house was clean, did not need to adjust the air conditioner, the internet was fast, the pool was perfect, the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. We cooked most of the time. Matthew was great; he was attentive to our needs, questions and had fabulous recommendations. Table 26 is a wonderful restaurant! If you are from the north, be prepared for the bugs...nothing you can do about them... they just are. I would love to go back; thank you, Geoff Bernard and Matthew!

Perfect for our two families!

This house was perfect for our two families. We traveled to west palm beach to meet my parents for my brother’s wedding. The main house was perfectly set up for us and our daughter, with the main suite in the back of the house and the second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom in the front of the house. The cabana was just the right size for my parents with a large bedroom, bathroom, and sitting area. The house had many amenities to make our stay comfortable and the location was in a quiet neighborhood still close to downtown, parks, and other attractions. The pool was the perfect place to relax in the afternoons. Matthew was responsive to any questions we had and Geoff called from the UK to make sure we arrived and the house was working out for us. We would certainly stay here again!

RELAXING IN WPB

My family of 5 had a wonderful time. The home with the Cabana was simply paradise and had plenty of space for us all. We enjoyed the back yard pool area which was nice and had our privacy. We were there for Spring Training which is about 20 min. to Roger Dean Stadium, along with other things to do. Geoff and Matthew were always attentive to any questions we had. Thank You for sharing your home with our family. I also would recommend Phipps Ocean Park, Great Beach area.

Wonderful stay in West Palm Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in West Palm Beach. The house was charming, clean, fresh, and well appointed. It was close to all the new cool restaurants in West Palm and the high end shopping in Palm Beach. The house was a nice size for 2 of us plus a child in the cabana. The owner and property manager contacted us a couple of times to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. The house had all the things we needed- privacy, air conditioning, a nice kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fluffy towels, TVs in all the rooms, nice linens in the master bedroom, pretty landscaping, swimming pool, and lounge chairs. I would definitely recommend this house for someone looking to stay in the area.
