With original Dade County Pine floors and arched entryways, the home is filled with light all day long. Go over the bridge and be at the beach in less than five minutes. The same distance takes you to world-renowned Palm Beach Island. You are also just minutes from the restaurants, shopping and museums of downtown West Palm Beach. Minutes from Palm Beach Atlantic University. The Home is just 20 minutes from the famed Palm Beach International Equestrian Center in Wellington. Enjoy riding, competing and training with world class horses and trainers. Board your horses in nearby well-equipped facilities. Rent or tow-in your small watercraft or boat and park it in the driveway for some fishing or water sports.
