Amazing birthday weekend

Awesome place for my wife and I to spend a few days away. Directly across the street from Jack mackerels, excellent specials and a full bar. Also, don’t forget to grab breakfast at the 80 year old ocean view restaurant. We will be back!

Great Place!

This is our second time staying here. We stayed once before under previous owners. Nice cottage. Clean. Easy to check in and out. We absolutely love the location with it being a short walk to the pier. Other than possibly getting a new couch- the cushions have sunken in so much that it almost feels broken- we really have no complaints and would definitely stay here again!

If the nightly rate is below $200, it might be okay.

The location is great, close to the pier, beach access, restaurants, etc. Walking everywhere was so much fun. However, the couch was mostly unusable. The cushions slanted so hard you almost fall off. We think it’s because the floor is also slanting pretty hard. But after thirty minutes, both of us were HURTING from sitting on the couch. And there was no tv in the bedroom, so we didn’t end up watching the movie we had planned on watching. The shower drain was clogged, but likely from prior tenants washing sand off inside. There is a hose directly out back, so I’m not sure why people would wash sand off in the shower. We liked the little fenced in yard, but you are very close to the other cottages if people are smoking. Honestly, we had a lot of fun staying here for a couple nights, but would not book again unless they literally upgrade to a free couch they got off the side of the road.

Great location, just the right size!

This place is just a one block from the pier and beach, it does get a little busy since all the businesses are right around here, but that also makes it convenient. Place itself was clean and just the right size for us to mostly be at the beach, clean up and watch a little tv. If you want family board game nights and what not at the cottage, that won't work. All the necessary appliances and equipment were present. As far as water pressure, if you flushed the toilet, the faucet will take a moment to get full water pressure back. Shower was fine. With the great weather we had it was a super awesome stay overall.

Nice place water pressure awful.

The water pressure was non existent. Almost impossible to take a shower and if you flush the toilet any faucet that was on would stop running until after the tank filled. Vacasa sent a guy out to help but it will need a plumber. Not Vacasa's fault, I blame the property owner because they would know about the water issue and hasn't resolved it.
