Maison de 6 chambres récemment rénovée à quelques pas de la plage

Situé dans une rue paisible et accueillant, cet appareil de niveau supérieur est à seulement 10 minutes à pied des restaurants et des boutiques. L'étage principal comprend un salon / salle à manger / cuisine spacieuse qui donne sur un porche enveloppant profonde avec rockers. La chambre principale et la salle de bain sont à ce niveau ainsi que deux autres chambres et une salle de bains. Il ya aussi 3 chambres sur le niveau supérieur. Au rez de chaussée, il ya un garage et une douche extérieure. Le garage convient 2 voitures de taille moyenne en tandem. Il y a place pour 3 voitures devant notre unité cÎté stationné à cÎte. Seulement samedi check-in lors de juin / juillet / août

We highly recommend this lovely beach house! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wendy is a kind and attentive host. The location is excellent, close to the beach and also walkable to nearby pier, coffee and ice cream shops, etc. The house is clean and very well appointed and equipped. Elevator is very helpful! We enjoyed the wrap around porch with comfortable rocking chairs. Excellent!

Great vacation house!

Great space, clean, and location steps from the beach. Plenty of parking. Only suggestion would be for a gas grill so that we could have done more at home cooking.

Beautiful Home

We were in Wrightsville Beach for a few days for our Daughters wedding on valentines day. The home and listing was as advertised and a awesome place that fit our needs perfectly. The elevator was a plus for my 81 year old father in law with mobility issues. We would definitely consider staying again if we come back to area. I imagine in the summer this would be great. Wendy the host was easy to contact and gave us all the information we needed. I highly recommend this home if you have a big family such as ours. Thank you Wendy!!!

Awesome location!

My family stayed here for my daughter's wedding, and it was the perfect house for multiple people - lots of room, very modern kitchen. The elevator was so helpful for my elderly parents. Owner was super responsive and helpful.

The perfect house!

We booked this rental for my family to stay in during the week of my wedding and could not have been happier. We had all ages stay at the house and it was convenient, clean, and cozy! Location is great and the house had everything we needed. The host is also wonderful and very responsive. We highly recommend!

The location can't be beat — amazing access to the beach and walking distance from Wrightsville shops and restaurants. Wendy was incredibly communicative and kind, and her place is stocked with great beach gear!

Can’t say enough. Great house for our family with small children. Plenty of space for all. Loved the porch and it was nice to have the elevator for luggage and groceries. Beach access was perfect. Wendy the host was easy to reach and very accommodating. Would definitely come back here again!

We love Wrightsville even more now!

What a wonderful townhome in Wrightsville Beach. It's just as lovely and spacious as pictured. This place was ideal for our stay with 10 adult family members and two children under 5. We spent a lot of time inside due to the weather, but still enjoyed every minute. It's an easy walk down to the beach and a nearby pier. Wendy is a lovely and attentive host. This will be our go to location for our next visit. Highly recommend.

Wonderful house with elevator

This was a perfect house for our family with an aging grandpa that needs an elevator. Host, location, and home are all exceptional. Highly recommend this great find!

Great host and great space

Four families met here for the Ironman 70.3 North Carolina race. This location was perfect for our needs. Lots of bedrooms, a wonderful wrap around deck, big common space, and all within hearing of the waves. Many rental spaces have limited kitchen supplies, but this house had it all. Everything we needed was there. Wendy has a marvelous host. She communicated very well, was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property and would certainly stay there again.

90th Birthday.

This was a perfect house for us. The elevator was one of the reasons we chose this property. the open living area and private sleeping quarters was ideal for the 5 couples who stayed. Wendy was a wonderful and accommodating host. We are already looking at our calendars to see when we can all come again.

Ideal location for a family stay

The listing undersells the amazing location of this property! It was even closer to the beach than we expected from the photos. We had the max number of guests for the property and we never felt crowded. The porch is wonderful and the main living area accommodates a large group easily. We had 5 couples and 4 kids (2-10years old) and the property had enough beach chairs/sand toys/boogie boards for all who wanted them. Wendy was very easy to work with and very reachable by text prior to the trip.

Great location

Wendy was very welcoming. The location was perfect. Short walk to the beach <1 min. Easy access to grocery and restaurants. Elevator was a plus moving in or out for the week. Great vacation spot for my family ranging from 74 down to 10 and lots between. This will stay on our list for potential return for sure.

Awesome Wrightsville Beach Rental

So glad we found this rental at Wrightsville Beach! Our family of 10 (6 adults, 2 teens and 2 toddlers) came up for a big family wedding and this house was perfect. We even squeezed in some beach time because it was so close. The elevator was a tremendous help since we all had to pack for wedding events, casual time and beach time. More than enough bedrooms for all of us and the living room and deck were perfect for relaxing. It was exactly what all the reviews said about it. Best of all Wendy was a fabulous host and quickly replied to any questions that we had. Everyone wants to go back again next year!!

Perfect property for our family!

We were a larger group staying with kids ages 1-4, and adults that included a parent in a wheelchair and this was the perfect spot. We loved the accessibility with the elevator for the wheelchair and easy unloading of suitcases and coolers. There were beach toys and chairs included and the beach was SO close. Easy walk without crossing any streets so it was great for kids and running back to the house if needed. The open concept living room that led out to the oversized balcony was where we spent all of our time when not at the beach. We’ll come back next year!

Exceeded all expectations - Worth every penny!

This home is not only in a fabulous location, a short short walk to the beach, but it has everything you could ask for and more. The rooms were all large, clean, and well-furnished. This is the rare place that actually has adequate dining table and seating space for the full number of guests it can sleep. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes/pots as well as many essentials like sugar, spices, oil, coffee filters, etc. There were tons of beach toys/chairs available, even though we didn't really use them. And the host, Wendy, was exceptional in terms of communications and instructions. Nothing was overlooked. I don't have any recommendations for how it could have been nicer and look forward to staying here again.

This was a wonderful place to celebrate a special Family birthday. Well stocked, clean, a friendly and communicative owner. The elevator was a huge plus getting luggage and groceries upstairs! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
