Rockez sur le porche fabuleux, mangez en plein air à la grande table, dormez dans le hamac et racontez des histoires dans l'obscurité. Ce chalet de 1940 a été restauré et rénové pour offrir tout le confort nécessaire pour les meilleures vacances de tous les temps. Deux suites de maître avec lits King et salle de bain attenante, une chambre avec un lit gigogne double, une avec un lit superposé et un jumeau, et une avec un lit double et des lits jumeaux. Grande cuisine ouverte / salon. 1100 pieds carrés de porches avec des bascules et des tables pour les repas ou les jeux. Douche extérieure fermée et dressing. Amazing beach house & host! This was our second stay at this beautiful home full of lots of character & charm. Kitchen is stocked with anything you might need, porch, hammock & beach views are the best! A few steps to the beach & an easy walk to restaurants, shops, the pier & the loop. The weather & the sunsets were stunning! We truly love this house & can’t wait to go back!

THIS is a Beach House!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this house. There I so much space, but we seemed to spend most of our time congregating and eating on the large porch on the front of the house. The house has a lot of character and feels like home away from home right next to the beach. It was perfect.

Men’s Golf Trip

We had some guys go to Wilmington for a golf trip and stayed at this property, and it was absolutely perfect! It’s a classic beach house, with such a huge front porch where you can see and hear the ocean. The neighbors were all very friendly and the host was great to work with! Would highly recommend!

Stayed here for my sons graduation weekend and as soon as we stepped onto the front porch and looked at that ocean view we fell in love with the house. The house had everything we needed and more. Will definitely come back and stay.

Great House

We rented this house for a girl's tennis weekend and it was perfect! There are a TON of beds and plenty of space for 9 women. The house was super clean and had everything we could need for our stay. The decor is spot on charming beach house and the front porch has rocking chairs to sit in while you enjoy the view. The beach is literally 20 steps away. Highly recommend!

UNCW Graduation

Our family enjoyed a wonderful trip to Wrightsville Beach to celebrate our daughter's graduation from UNCW. The house is a wonderful place to gather that is very close to restaurants & shopping. More importantly, we were steps from the beach. Everyone loved the house; so charming with special touches everywhere. Susan is by far one of the best hosts I have had the pleasure of renting through. We all hope to return one day!

Perfect place to create memories!

Everything about this house was memorable - it's truly a family place, and when you visit, you feel like you're one of them. It's a wonderful, airy, comfortable house with so much charm and character. Everyone in our group absolutely loved it and hated to leave. We enjoyed the porches, living spaces, well supplied kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Everywhere in the house tells a story, and it's a happy place to be. Homeowners were quick, responsive, friendly, and so helpful. Linen rental was absolutely seamless, and everything was nice quality. We loved being steps from the beach and restaurants. The wonderful reviews convinced me this was the right place for us - half local, half visitors who'd never been to NC before. It was definitely the right place. We made great memories, and we look forward to coming back to make more. Thank you!!

Birthday Weekend

Susan’s property is amazing. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. We have stayed there a few times now and each time we are so thankful we did. The house layout is what makes it perfect.We went down to celebrate 3 birthdays mine and both my daughters- 19 and 21 who attend UNCW. So I knew I’d be seeing a lot of UNCW students looking for home cooked meals and sleepovers. The kids, me, my husband, my son, my best friend all had their own space to spread out or find some quiet. The porch hammock was perfect. Susan is an excellent host and kept in contact with me before and after the trip. She even offered us an extra day. I know this house is always rented so if you’re looking and it isn’t jump on it. You won’t be disappointed.

UNCW Graduation Weekend

Absolutely PERFECT ! With the huge porches, well equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and close proximity to the beach, this was the most perfect home for our family to celebrate our daughter's graduation from UNCW !! Couldn't have asked for a better weekend ! Would love love love to stay here again, Susan was so nice and responded quickly to any questions. Thanks again for sharing your home !!!!

Quaint Family Cottage

This rental lives up to it's 5 star review. What you see is what you get. It was a great getaway for a family vacation with our teens and a few of their friends. It had the distinct comfortable feeling of a family beach house - with eclectic furnishings that suited us perfectly and all the amenities we needed. I quite enjoyed the photo album with pictures of the house renovation project (the WHOLE house was raised up 6 ft!). The location was as great, only a short easy walk to the beach, Robert's Market, ice cream stand and shops/restaurants. 3 ample bedrooms on the upper level were perfect for all the kids and my husband and I had a quiet master off the kitchen. The most remarkable feature was the front porch with a view of the ocean to the east and setting sun to the west - and the hammock in the corner was always filled and fought over. Susan and her son Warren were responsive, flexible and readily available. We would definitely return and would highly recommend.

Property was great Construction was horrible, a port-a-potty and hugh metal dumpster we’re blocking the beach access Beach was terrible, 3 ft of path before 7 ft drop off. At 75 years old I was unable to get down to the ocean.

Perfect House for a Family Beach Getaway!

Such a comfortable, spacious house with the best beachy vibe ever. Plenty of room for adults and kids to get together and spread out as needed. The porch is huge and was probably our favorite place to hang out, especially as it rained for a bit of our visit. Beach is super close and we felt like WB locals again!

An Ideal Beach House

Susan allowed myself and a group of friends to rent her house for a long weekend, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. She let us check in early, gave us access to beach supplies and additional storage, and helped me rent/reserve linens beforehand. The cozy house is in a prime location, has a surplus of sitting areas, tables, and beds. My favorite spot to stay in Wrightsville!

Fantastic property

This property was the perfect beach get away! 5 women who were looking for a place to relax and take in the ocean breeze and beach vibes - could not have asked for anything better. We spent the better part of our long weekend on the porch which was amazing. Well furnished with hammock to boot! The walk to the beach is ridiculously short and easy. The house was very roomy and comfortable and the kitchen super well equipped. It was clean top to bottom and we appreciated the beachy décor! Susan was so easy to work with and accomodating - we defintely plan to return!

Loved this cottage. It was perfect for our family!!

We loved our stay at this beach house. It was everything and more than we hoped for in a beach property. We absolutely loved the front porch where we ate ALL our meals. The lovely house was well equipped and the furnishings had character not your normal accessories. It was a short walk to the beautiful and quiet beach. Loved working with the owner! Excited about a future visit!!

Such a charming, authentic beach cottage! The home was spotless, wonderfully appointed and extremely comfortable for all three families!! Grandkids loved being there. Lots of room for all to enjoy relaxing time reading, playing games, watching tv and of course, enjoying the beach!!
