Come enjoy this charming 2 story townhouse featuring 2 master bedrooms with Temur-Pedic mattresses and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen & dining area, a cozy living room and a laundry area. Conveniently located in north central San Antonio, just minutes away from restaurants, the airport and prompt freeway access. Venture into beautiful downtown for dining, sightseeing, sports games, and shopping. Tour the iconic Alamo or take a famous boat ride on the one of a kind San Antonio Riverwalk. Not far from the beloved Texas HillCountry, small towns and numerous amusement parks.
This two-story home provides a spacious layout, large enough to accommodate those who prefer to relax in solitude as well as areas where family can gather to enjoy quality time together. Our family room, living room are ideal for relaxation and comfort. Central air and heating is provided for the comfort of our guests.
The home sleeps up to four guests. Our two beautiful spacious bedrooms are furnished with king and queen size beds and prepared for every guest with clean, sanitized bedsheets and pillow cases. In addition, each mattress and every pillow are prepared with interchangeable protective encasements for extra protection and comfort prior to your arrival. Both bedrooms have large closet space and large private bathrooms. Each bathroom is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival and supplied with plenty of clean fresh towels and other necessities.
For those who prefer to stay in and cook, our spacious kitchen provides all the modern appliances and amenities needed to treat your family or friends to home cooked meals. The kitchen is equipped with a glass top stove, microwave, a refrigerator and plenty of cookware and spices. Complimentary coffee and tea is also provided for every guest.
A washer and dryer is also available as a courtesy to all of our guest with laundry detergent and other necessities offered.


Free parking available in the neighborhood parking lot. Must be 25 years or older to book.
There is a security camera located at the exterior front door.

Great 2BR condo in Thousand Oaks

Great place a convenient location near Thousand Oaks with lots of nice extra touches, including a basket of fruit and snacks, nice toiletries, and tons of hangers in the closets. There was even a bass guitar that several of us tried out! We definitely plan to return when whenever we’re in the area.

Weekend trip to San Antonio

The property was very clean and well maintained. Nice quiet neighborhood. We loved the clock in the main living room! I liked being able to pick the code for the door lock, made it easy to remember.

Great location for attractions

This was one of the best stays we have had in a while. The area was discreet, quiet, and close to many kids friendly activities. The townhome was clean and very spacious. We had no issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend. 10/10!!!!

Lovely home with all the accessories

This is a lovely condo/town home space that really felt comfortable. I was pleased with how well appointed the kitchen was, and it was nice to really be able to cook and relax while on our stay.The high-tech thermostat and lights were a bit overkill for this old school gal, but we managed. Know that GPS will take you to the garage side, but you can't park there.

Wonderful

This place was absolutely awesome!! It was in the perfect location for what we were doing. The house was so was clean and nice. They had a little basket with goodies, coffee pods, sugar and creamer all ready for us for that perfect cup of coffee. The bedrooms are upstairs with a bathroom attached. The beds were very comfy and had black out curtains. We will be definitely staying here again in the future.

We loved our stay!!

Our stay at the vacation rental in San Antonio exceeded our expectations. From the thoughtful welcome snack basket and water bottles to the new ice bag in the freezer, Mila, the host, had taken care of every detail. The availability of household products made it easy for us to keep the place tidy. Mila's attention to detail and thoughtfulness made our stay memorable. The location of the rental was easy to access restaurants, shops and attractions.we explored, the pearl, la cantera and stone oak area during our stay. We felt safe our entire stay! the neighborhood has a fenced community playground (for the kids) just a short walk. Deer roam the neighborhood early mornings and evenings, it’s such a treat!! Plenty of boardgames and TV’s to keep everyone entertained. H-E-B is 3 mins away and we’re able to have our groceries delivered. Plenty of parking available. The beds were very comfortable!! home was very clean and cozy! We truly felt at home! We would happily stay again! highly recommend this vacation rental.

I’m from a military family and have been many places due to it. My favorite place that we’ve lived is Hawaii and look forward to taking my children there one day soon. My family and I have lived in San Antonio for 30 years, so this is home!

I have two young boys that are fans of Super Mario Brothers, Legos and The Dallas Cowboys. We’ve done both public school and homeschool. I’m currently still homeschooling my youngest son. Homeschooling has been a fun adventure and realize that we love gaining more knowledge. The world is our classroom.

Aside from short term rental management I also operate an online women’s clothing boutique. So, my days are never dull or lacking tasks to tend to. I’m currently working on starting a podcast that can be a one stop shop for health tips, self love tips, relationship advice and encouragement.
