Spring Break with the Dear

It was a great stay. Much more homey than a hotel. We visted the Alamo, Riverwalk, and ate at lots of great restaurants. Having the tiny house as our home base was awesome. So nice to spend time outside in the yard and seeing all the dear.

Tiny house with much to give

The tiny house was amazing. Olivier was very nice he greeted us upon arrival and told us a bit about himself. We were his birthday present as it was his birthday weekend lol. We will definitely be coming back to stay there with our little ones. We were there for a soccer tournament but unfortunately it was cancelled due to the weather.

Nice stay

My husband and I had a great stay here. It’s an amazing little tiny home! Love the complimentary items and the beds were very comfy. Only 1 complaint and that was the tv being very slow. Not sure if it’s the tv or the wifi. We had to watch on our phones because nothing would play, but watching tv was not the point of our trip so it’s no biggy!

Great cozy studio!

Like this place a lot! I had a very tired road trip, and this place definitely helped. Nice and peaceful. And.......So many deers around the neighborhood! I arrived at the night time, and i saw so many of them in front of a house closed by, then i thought they were house decorations, until i catch one of the baby chewing at the grass :) That's very interesting exp.

Pubic Hair and Urine

VRBO upholds higher standards here. Our family booked a stay with this VRBO and showed up to a filthy unit with urine on toilets, pubic hairs on the toilet seat (on and under), mold in the shower, hair and trash on the floor, used soaps left in the dish (multiple) and dead bugs as well as spiders crawling on the walls. We refused to stay in these conditions and due to the distrust in cleanliness, we would not be sleeping in these sheets either. Our family was displaced shortly after arriving and had to share a king size bed at a near by hotel, doubling our cost of room accomodations. VRBO now refuses to refund our cost to this unit.

Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and your feedback is taken very seriously. I'm sorry you found the accommodations inadequate, and I regret that we were not given the opportunity to address your concerns during your stay.- I was present on the property during your check-in and had previously communicated with you via text, providing my contact information and an invitation to reach out with any concerns. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication from you at the time, which would have allowed us to address the issues promptly.Regarding your specific concerns:- The shower is cleaned and disinfected after each guest's departure. What you might have seen is a slight discoloration of the plastic material, not mold.- While we have consistently received positive reviews about the cleanliness of our property, it's possible that an oversight occurred. However, without pictures to document this, it's challenging to address directly.- The area you mentioned is likely natural wood patterns. We clean and vacuum thoroughly but will review our cleaning procedures to ensure this is addressed.- There was no trash present upon inspection, and no pictures were provided to verify this claim.- We provide decorative soaps for guest use, sourced from a local shop. I apologize if these were mistaken for previously used items.- Given our semi-rustic setting, occasional bugs can be expected, despite our best efforts to prevent them.- I understand your frustration with the situation and the additional costs you incurred. However, as we were not notified of your concerns during your stay, we were unable to rectify the issues at the time.- Communication is essential, and had we been aware, we would have acted immediately to resolve the problems.- We strive to provide a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests, and I'm sorry if we fell short in this instance. We will take your feedback to improve our services and prevent similar occurrences in the future.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Wonderful and charming!

We enjoyed staying at Tiny Everest San Antonio Home very much. This place is a rare gem! It is well located and very charming. We’ve never stayed in a tiny home before and we loved it! The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and peaceful. Love the tiny house designed with the skylight and lots of tiny windows for natural sunlight. The bed was very comfortable with fresh and clean comfy bedding. There were extra soft fleece blankets available for cold and cozy night. Also tea and coffee available for your morning routine. The host, Olivier and his son were very nice, polite, and friendly. Their hospitality made us feel very comfortable and special. Their two dogs also very cute and friendly. This tiny house is located in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of deer in the yard. It made my evening run very pleasant and different. I loved it! We stayed there for the New Year. Great memories made here and more to come.
