Schertz Country Farmhouse is a modern style, fully furnished single story home featuring a Gameroom with over 400 square feet of excitement including a pool table, an ice hockey table, arcades, and much more in an enclosed front patio. With a TV in every bedroom, you are sure to relax during your stay.

Pets, no problem. Enjoy 1 acre of country living in a fully fenced yard allowing your pets to run freely with no worries.

Need additional parking? No problem. In addition to the home on 1 acre, an additional 1/3 flat acre is available which provides direct access to the main home for a small extra fee. Inquire for pricing. This additional parking can easily accommodate up to 30 cars or more if needed. Tables and chairs available for rent for additional fee. Based on availability.

Plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved the game room and the beds were very comfortable. Love the plant store next door too!

Great property, did have gaps in the fence for the trees on the property line, so we had other dogs visiting us during our stay. Property was just as advertised, we had a great time while visiting Schlitterbahn and SeaWorld

I had my mom's 70th birthday celebration and it was wonderfully serene. After everyone left, just my family and I stayed and the accommodations were clean tidy exceptional! A true country oasis with at home charm!

Stayed her twice!

Stayed here on our way to California and on our way back home. The home is beautiful and clean! We brought our 4 Cane Corsos and they loved the huge fenced in yard!

Our family has a lovely time at this property. We enjoyed the games, volleyball net and basketball hoop. Plenty of room for the seven of us. Property was clean up on arrival and check in/out was easy.

Nice family home!

As soon as we arrived we were able to let our German Shepherd run. Nicely fenced in, with electric gate. The house smells wonderful with the bath and body works wall flowers through out the home. Beds are comfy, toddler loved playing in the game room, showers were hot with great pressure. We will be booking again in the future.

Excellent place for families

Our family group absolutely loved this home. It was exactly what we needed to fit all different ages/sizes of kids and to keep them entertained even after a long day at the river. The home is very comfortable and clean and the owners replied very quickly to our questions. The only minor downside I could find was that there weren't any basic seasonings in the kitchen (salt, pepper, sugar). That's it! Everything else was perfect. As with any property like this you also have to do your part and watch out for the critters. The kids caught a baby scorpion in the storage room but later released it in the yard. This is their property too after all. We'd definitely book again.
