Welcome to your perfect beach getaway at Somewhere Beyond the Sea, a spacious and beautifully appointed luxury townhouse located in one of Seaside Heights’ most sought-after gated communities. Ideal for families and friends, this end-unit, three-story townhome offers over 1,600 square feet of living space and everything you need for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

The Space:
This townhouse boasts a bright and open concept layout designed for effortless entertaining. The top floor is dedicated to rest and relaxation with two spacious bedrooms. The Master Suite features a king-sized bed and a trundle day bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. This room also offers a private balcony and two closets. The second bedroom, lovingly called the “Under the Sea Suite”, is a dream for families. This room is equipped with three sets of bunk beds—each set with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top—providing ample space for up to six people. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, ensuring maximum privacy and convenience for all guests.

The main level offers a comfortable living room with a Queen sleeper sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, and a half-bathroom, all leading out to a private outdoor balcony. The first floor includes an oversized two-car garage and a washroom with a changing area, shower, and in-unit washer and dryer, making it easy to clean up after a day at the beach.

Great location

Condo was beautiful. In the middle of everything but also quiet and private. Proximity to the water park is great if you have small kids. Owners were very nice to work with. Overall great experience

Great for family vacation!

This place was perfect for our family getaway. It’s located just steps from the beach and boardwalk. It was more than enough space for our family and we loved having the pool close by. Deanna was a great host and offered a ton of recommendations on things to do in the area. The kids absolutely loved being so close to the boardwalk and arcade. We can’t wait to return!

From the booking, through the stay and then at checkout, everything was exceptional. Communication was second to none, the place was gorgeous and immaculate and the location was literally right across from the boardwalk. This was a no brainer! Thank you Deanna and Chris!!

Amazing Getaway, Close to Everything!

Cleanliness: The townhome is well-maintained and very clean! Essentials: It’s great that the property is well stocked with essential items. Having everything you need readily available is a big plus. Additionally, we were able to leave our towels at home eliminating bulk! Safety: The gated entrance adds an extra layer of security, we felt very comfortable and safe. Garage Convenience: Having a garage for easy access to bring in bags and ensuring the safety of your car is definitely a convenience worth noting. Keyless Entry: The keypad entry system is a really smart feature; No need to worry about carrying keys around! Pool: The convenience of having a pool on-site is a nice perk for relaxation and for catching afternoon rays! Location: Being close to everything is a huge advantage. We easily made it to the beach, the boardwalk, and TONS of restaurants (everything is right outside the gated community!) Families with kids, this spot is amazing because everything you'd want to do is within 3-5 minutes from your home base. The hosts also have a great local recommendations guide to help you skip out on the tourist trap restaurants & find the local gems! Comfortable Beds: After all the beach and fun, it's so nice when hosts ensure their guests have very comfortable beds to catch up on their rest. Plenty of pillows and additional blankets too!
