Layout & Access
You’ll have private access to one of the first floor condos of the beach house.
Please note that the house is interconnected with a steel security door and each side has its own deadbolt lock.

Parking
There is plenty of free street parking directly in front and across the street. Once you arrive, you can leave your car parked and walk to just about everything.

Hosting Larger Groups?
If you’re planning a birthday party, family reunion, wedding, or getaway with a big family, we have two more condos on this family property (an additional 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths) that can accommodate even more guests. Please contact us for more details.

Beach Badges
We provide 4 complimentary Seaside Park beach badges with this rental (a $250 value for the week).

Pets
We’re pet lovers too! Small to medium-sized dogs that don’t shed are welcome with a pet fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate large or aggressive breeds.

Expectations & Rules
As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3:

Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and the primary guest must be residing in the rental during the stay.

Reserving guest will provide names, addresses, and ages of all guests staying in the property.

Guests under 21 must have a Guardian Consent and a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights.

No exceptions. No outside guests or visiting friends are allowed.

Any group rental in which all guests are under 21 or who attempt to bring additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.

No Subleasing
Subleasing or transferring your reservation is not allowed. The booking person must stay through the entire reservation.

No Parties or Loud Gatherings
This is a family-friendly space, not a party house.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM per township ordinance. The township enforces strict noise rules.

Furniture
The home is set up for your comfort and convenience. Please do not move or rearrange the furniture.

Pet Policy

We welcome 1 small, non-shedding dog. A pet fee applies.

Please provide your dog’s breed and size before booking.

We cannot accommodate large, aggressive, or shedding breeds.

Our Cleanliness Promise
We take pride in offering a clean space.
If anything isn’t to your satisfaction when you arrive, let us know within 2 hours of check-in and we’ll gladly send our cleaning team.

Things to Note
The two condos on the first floor are interconnected by a steel, fire-rated door with deadbolts on both sides.
