Though situated on close to a half-acre, with a country estate vibe, It is ideally located just minutes from highway 280, Stanford University & Hospital and to major employers. The home is well-equipped and tastefully appointed, with 5 bedrooms plus an office and an exercise room. It also features a large chef's kitchen and an expansive back yard containing fruit trees and vegetable planters. Within walking distance is a small shopping center with a grocery store and restaurants, and also nearby are numerous picturesque hiking, horseback riding and biking trails.
Upon entering this graceful residence, you'll be greeted by a spacious and well-designed interior, featuring five bedrooms, an office, and an exercise room. The chef's kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, perfect for whipping up gourmet meals with locally-sourced ingredients.
Step outside into the expansive backyard, where verdant lawns, fruit trees, and vegetable planters create a tranquil oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast al fresco or unwinding with a glass of wine under the stars, this private sanctuary is yours!
The gardens surrounding this house are spectacular in the spring and summer! The current photos were taken on a rainy day in February so they donât do it justice. Imagine the following ... Wisteria is in full bloom by the front door and white blossoms on the pear trees in early April ... Beautiful red roses climbing up the lattices that cover the back porch in May ... Cherry, plum and apricot trees full of fruit in June and large pink and white hydrangeas bordering the lawn in July and August.
The owners spend most of their time barbequing and entertaining friends and family on the back deck from May - November. You will be staying at this home during the perfect months.
Just a short drive away you'll find yourself in the heart of Silicon Valley, home to world-renowned tech giants and innovative startups. Stanford University and Hospital are located nearby and offer a wealth of educational and medical resources, making this area a hub for academic and healthcare professionals alike.
