3. Our community warmly welcomes pets, so you may encounter other residents' furry friends during your walks nearby.

4. As our location is in the vibrant Old Town area, please expect some street noise, which is part of the lively atmosphere.

5. If you plan to bring a pet, please inform us in advance. Please note that only one pet per reservation is allowed, and your pet must be included as a guest on the reservation. For stays longer than two weeks with a pet, additional cleanings may be required every 14 days.

6. Our home features a convenient keypad system for a seamless check-in experience. Please remember the provided code to access the premises. In case of an emergency, a key can also be used to enter the property.

7. The townhome is easily accessible through the front entrance, it has a beautiful dark blue door you can't miss it!

It's important to note that, given its age, you may notice occasional creaks, settling noises, and signs of aging such as cracks in walls or windows and doors showing their historical wear and tear. 10. This is a two-story home, and accessing all bedrooms and bathrooms requires climbing stairs to reach the upper bedroom areas.
