THE BASICS: There is powerful central heating and air during the hottest days, and it keeps it nice and toasty on the coldest night.
Guest access
The entire home is for your exclusive use. Guests can easily access the property with a keypad.

Guests can access the home using the detailed Self Check-In instructions emailed/texted to them after booking.
Other things to note

PLEASE READ Prior to Reserving:

- Check-in is at 4 PM.

- Check-out is at 11 AM.
Sometimes we can accommodate.

- Please respect the noise curfew past 9 PM

- No unregistered guests allowed (Unless communicated to the host). Only registered guests are allowed on site. All guests 18+ must be registered through Vrbo. We reserve the right to ask for all guest names and ages. A $50 per night per person fee will be assessed for any unauthorized guests staying at the property.

- No parties or events are allowed

- No Pets allowed

- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit

- Number of guests booked must reflect the exact number of guests staying at the property

- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises

- No smoking inside is allowed. Any evidence of smoke inside the home will be documented and reported to the platform's resolution center. Guests are liable for any and all damages and may be charged up to $300 per occurrence if smoke is detected in the home.

- Please put dishes in the dishwasher and start before you leave

- We provide basic cleaning supplies and kitchen supplies. Please do not take any of this with you when you leave as this is for every guest who stays at The Gathering Alexandria.

- We have professional cleaners on staff that come immediately after our guests' checkout. Prior to cleaning, our staff thoroughly inspects the property for damage and stolen goods. Any overt damage (beyond normal wear and tear) or stolen goods will be reported to the platform's resolution center and billed to guests directly.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please note that the property has 1.5 bathrooms. Do not use the shower in the basement.

Think of all the items that we offer ( toilet paper, towels, soap, trash bags, etc.) as "STARTER KITS", and be sure to bring additional items and items that are more appropriate for the length of your stay and the size of your group.

In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the home is equipped with two exterior cameras that actively record video and sound as well. One camera is on at the front overlooking the front yard of the home, and the second is in the back of the home overlooking the back yard. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.

Host bears no responsibility for any accident, injury, or illness that you may sustain during your stay.

The occupancy is 8 total people but the max amount of adults is 6.
