Don't forget to take advantage of the home's quick beach access - only half a mile front the front door.

Bright and open, the nautical interior makes relaxation inevitable. Sit back and soak up each other's company in front of the large smart TV. Or, show off your culinary skills amidst the gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen.

Down the hall, the bedrooms offer restful spots to lay back and stream, read, or sleep. Central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access tie together the convenient interior amenities.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
