Vous aimerez ce condo coloré et confortable!
Situé sur l’East End de Panama City Beach, cette belle propriété est l’endroit idéal pour vos vacances à la plage.
Largo Mar est un favori de la famille et est vraiment l'une des propriétés les plus confortables sur la plage. Il a une entrée fermée et un accès à la plage privée. Cela donne à Largo Mar une sérénité que vous ne trouverez pas dans une grande copropriété.
Nous avons maintenant 2 chaises de plage et un parasol réservés à nos clients en visite au printemps / été!

Un balcon privé sur le salon, donne sur la cour et la piscine. À quelques mètres de la porte, vous découvrirez que la grande terrasse de la piscine est l’endroit idéal pour se détendre. L'accès à la plage privée se trouve à quelques pas de là. Le grand patio de la plage est un lieu de rassemblement prisé des clients au coucher du soleil. Ce complexe est idéalement situé à quelques pas des goélettes, Dollar General, des magasins de surf et de plusieurs restaurants.

Notre condo est une unité de 1 chambre à coucher, 1 & 1/2 bien meublée. Notre entrée au deuxième étage mène au salon récemment décoré / meublé. Grand patio et 1/2 bain juste à côté de la vie sont. De plus, dans une cuisine bien équipée où vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un bon repas.

Tout nouveau canapé-lit queen ultra-confortable peut dormir confortablement jusqu'à 2 personnes. De nouveaux fauteuils inclinables Ne vous inquiétez pas de manquer un spectacle ou un jeu - un grand écran plat orne le salon! (Nous avons le câble et le wifi bien sûr!)

La chambre principale à l'étage dispose d'une salle de bain complète et d'un lit king-size. Un autre balcon de la chambre donne sur votre place de stationnement désignée et offre une vue sur la plage et Thomas Dr.

Les clients doivent monter les escaliers. Escalier du parking à notre entrée au 2ème étage.
Escalier (un peu plus raide / étroit) à la chambre principale au 3ème étage.

Perfect get-away

We loved the condo, very clean and well maintained. The quiet relaxing atmosphere was nice. Easy beach access with everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful beach! The best part was being a pet friendly condo, our fur baby loved being included on the family vacation!

Sunset at the beach - PCB

We vacation yearly in PCB and this property is one of the best we have rented at the beach. Clean, cozy, cute upgraded decore and fixtures, quite and easy access to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Great commuication with owners with quick response. Highly recommend this property and will contact them again on our next vacation.

A vacation to remember

The property, location, amenities, host...were all as described. My wife, yorkie and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host (Camy) was extremely helpful and courteous and unbelievably fast in responding to messages. It was one of the nicest properties that we've stayed at in Panama City beach. The unit was very well decorated, clean and full of upgrades. The beach and pool were steps away and not crowded. As stated, the hosts description is as described; only it exceeded our expectations. We will most definitely stay here again and I highly recommend that others do as well.

Overall this is a great place to stay. Easy to book, easy to get to and even has beautiful views of the ocean from the balconies! Everything I needed for the family was at the unit. Would book again!

Great stay in a quiet and safe location

We loved the unit and the fact that it was in a gated community. Close enough to walk to places like Schooners and Patches. We had a great stay.

Great Stay

We were in town for summer vacation/ dance competition. The condo has a great pool and fantastic beach access. Additionally, it was in a convenient spot for us to get back and forth to where we were going quickly.

Great place Great price

We had a lovey stay!! Everything you could need for a family of four! Very nice washer and dryer! Could use a new bed though. Great complex with a quick walk to the beach. The price was a A+ with this condo! We will be staying again. Thanks 😉

Quiet and Relaxing.

Loved the property very very quiet and so relaxing. Loved the gate community and the parking was great no walking miles to get to your room. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was well equipped, my only suggestion would be a crock pot. Access to beach was easy. We will be repeat customers! Oh wait one more suggestion a box fan for the bedroom would be great. Thank you

Regarding our stay 09/25/17 - 09/29/17 Place needs serious renovation!

My husband and I stayed here, and was very disappointed, with our stay. We arrived there early on the day of our check in, only to be met by one of the owners in the parking lot that said the condo was clean and ready. We walked in and upstairs in the bedroom there was a pile of dirty towels and sheets in the floor. We then turned down the comforter and the sheets were all tousled around and nobody had even changed those either. We took all of the bedding off and there on the mattress protector was a huge stain that looked like a urine stain. I have pictures of all of this if I can get them downloaded onto this site. We went out to the beach where we seen the owner again, so my husband spoke with him about the issues so far. We put the bedding in to wash before going to the beach. He got on the phone and called the cleaning lady who informed him it had not been cleaned since the week before. Later he was nice enough to knock on our door and give my husband 100 dollars back. The bed, described as NEW has a mattress about the equivalent of a blow up mattress at best. We did not sleep at all. There was no support and our feet was hanging off due to the caving in and no support. My husband tried to go downstairs to the NEW sofa sleeper only to find it did not have a mattress made for it and was horrible. After looking at past reviews I see this issue has been brought up before and nothing has been done yet. The plugs in each bathroom did not work, so finally my husband flipped the breaker and the one downstairs worked, but was loose so you had to hold 1 hand on the plug and 1 for the blow dryer. The cable box did not work right and their was no instructions or TV guides left to instruct you, so there is very little TV stations you can get. We met an owner of 1 of the other units at the beach and actually went inside there and there was no comparison. There condo was updated and very nice. This was like a working vacation for us, and we actually thought about leaving if we did not love the beach so much. I have let the owners know, not sure anything will get done or not. I feel if you pay 1/2 what we did for this place you have paid too much. We have stayed at many condos in PCB over the years and have never quite experienced this before. It is usually clean , with the owner checking in to make sure everything is ok. I would never go back! Our backs still hurt. I have pictures I am actually going to try and post, so you can see!

Beautiful place

Live that you had a couch & love seat. More comfortable than a chair. Liked that you turned the half bath into a full. Very clean place. We just love the Largo Mar Condo's family atmosphere.

My daughter and I found our new spot in Florida

This was the perfect stay for me and my daughter and her friend … the 4th of July fireworks show was the best I’ve ever seen .., the community seems to be close and family orientated which made me feel really safe with my teens and there was a paddle board rental and chair rentals right on the beach just steps away … I travel with a dog and this condo allowed her to stay with us which is a big deal to me …,, I honestly can’t say enough positive things about how awesome the host and the stay was … it was very appreciated and will be our new spot in Florida

Great for the money!

Property easily found. Beachside but no view to it from room but is a short walk. Located just outside the busy part of the strip. Room was very clean and nicely equipped. Has two nice balconies. Mattress very firm and not the best for comfort. The pool was nice but closed on Saturday afternoon and did not reopen during our stay so kids were disappointed. Overall great stay and would stay again!

Did NOT Disappoint!

Upon arrival, the condo was ready for us. It was spotless. The view from the main balcony was of the pool, hot tub, game area, and in the distance was the ocean. The environment of the whole property was very family oriented and so peaceful. The beach was literally only steps away. The owners sent us some names (upon request) of locally owned small business eating establishments and we tried 2 of them. Liza's Kitchen was so good and their homemade bread was delicious. Patches Pub was fun and the food was good too! It was so convenient having Dollar General right across the street for the items I forgot to bring. We will be back! It was perfect for my hubby and me.

Just a quick get away

My husband and I decided to make a quick get away. Unfortunately, I had no one to take care of our fur baby; so we found this amazing condo that was pet friendly. The condo was beyond clean, communication was outstanding and it was in a really nice area. It was fully furnished with everything you would need for a nice vacation. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the beach, pool or hot-tub; due to tornadoes. I would highly recommend this condo; especially if you have a pet.

Lots of reasons! Gated community - safe and uncrowded! The people that come to Largo Mar are the nicest neighbors you can get. Great pool & a hot tub just out the door -
private beach access - perfect sunsets! Walking distance to my favorite restaurant and beach bar. Plus a short drive or long walk to one of my favorite places in the world, St Andrews State Park.
