Welcome to Lazy Dayz! This cozy mid-century modern house has been completely remodeled & offers 2 cozy bedrooms each with attached baths. Sleeps 5. A full size washer & dryer. Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen, grilling outside or lounging under the carport. We are also pet friendly. This location is unbeatable on a Private beach in Bid-A-Wee Community. It's all also on a connecting road between PC's main thoroughfare Front Beach & Back Beach road. Easily accessible to Pier Park, Gulf World, and more. There is golf cart availability as well, so be sure to ask Michelle about the details. The perfect location! Don’t miss out!

This wee home is adorable! Decorated with beach flair and an eye for detail, the location is also amazing! Close to a PRIVATE BEACH with a golf cart available and everything needed to enjoy a quiet, private vacation AWAY from tourist hotels. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and US-98. We loved the beds; the kitchen was well-stocked and we appreciated the comfort, convenience and style of this adorable cottage. (The outdoor patio is a great place to enjoy your coffee or cocktails after a day in the sun). The owner was wonderful and made everything easy. Accessing the property is simple; the parking and thoughtful amenities make for a stellar experience. Highly recommend. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This place is super great for anyone taking a trip to the beach! It’s less than a 10 minute walk over to the beach and has access to a private beach. Place was clean and cute and had everything we needed for our stay

Awesome property! Close to beach and all the major attractions, yet far enough to not have the traffic! Beach was just right! Having the golf cart was a major bonus!!

October Visit

We loved staying at Lazy Dayz! The house was cute and close to the beach. Loved having a golf cart as well. Michelle was great to get back to us when we had a question. Will definitely try to book again one day.

Cozy and clean place

We had a great stay for few days. Michelle was very helpful with information and responded to our inquires promptly. Water pressure in one of the baths was very low, otherwise the place is perfect for a family.

Great little getaway just a block from the beach.

I really enjoyed my stay in this Nice little house. Plenty of room for myself another adult and 3 teenagers With a little room to spare. All of the necessities were there as far as cooking or even grilling. Nice and quiet with a bit of privacy. I booked with this little gem again in a heartbeat

What a great experience. In the middle of everything but still quiet. Beach is so close no need for a golfcart, but they have one. House was bright and cheery, well equipped and clean. Michelle is Awesome NO REGRETS!

Bid-A-wee beach jewel

We could not have enjoyed our stay more! The cottage was as advertised, clean, welcoming and easy to find. Communication before, during and after was amazing. Two blocks from the beach was super convenient! And we even met the neighbors on both sides and enjoyed our conversations. Nice, quiet and relaxing stay! Would return!!

We had a great time!

Nautilus rd was a little busier than I would have liked. I didn’t realize it was on a busy rd. So was a little concerned with kids walking to and from the beach. But it was the cutest little house and we enjoyed our trip!

I am not certain who did prior reviews but this property does not have a water view.It is almost two blocks from the water down a busy road and then one must cross a busy beach road to get to the beach . It is not a beach enclave and the house faces an old fence. The exterior has mildew and the doors are old and rusted. Yes the inside has been upgraded a bit but furniture and curtains are outdated The interior was clean.. There is no direct access to the back yard so you must leash your pup lest a run to a busy beach road I called the owner the next day and told her I was not pleased and would offer to pay the cleaning fee and one night as I was not going to stay. .She would not compromise. I moved out the day after I arrived to a pet friendly waterfront hotel at another expense. I am in dispute now w American Express. The photos make it look stunning. I am a retired college professor and have stayed at many VRBO locations with never an issue .

A true slice of private paradise

This is the cutest house located in the middle of everything. Go west and you hit Pier Park and go east and you have access to Thomas Drive, downtown, and less than a mile from David's Sno-Balls, the best po boys and beignets on the beach. The house has everything you would need to cook your meals and even though we brought kitchen stuff, we really did not need to as everything you might need was provided. There are tv's in each room and all streaming apps are available. The house is located across from a go cart place, but we really did not hear them from inside the house. We could walk to Funland and to dinner at Runaway Island. The private beach was easy to access and it is just so beautiful. The water was gorgeous for our visit and we really enjoyed relaxing in the ocean. The bedrooms were large and there is a lot of closet space. Bathrooms are spacious and washer/dryer worked fine for us. We wondered if other visitors "moved in" like we did as we filled up all the pantry and closet space!! This was truly the loveliest of vacations and we very much appreciate all the hospitality that was provided. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat and we had no issues during our visit.

I am a young professional that worked in education for 17 years before deciding to take a different path. Southern hospitality has been ingrained in me from an early age by my mother and I just knew I would enjoy making guests happy and comfortable while they were visiting. So in June 2018 I began a new company called Southern Backroad Retreats. Southern Backroad Retreats began with only The Pool House but with God's blessings I now manage a total of 11 properties including my in-laws home.
Today, my husband David and I manage our businesses Taylor Construction & Roofing , Covey Point Outfitters LLC, & Southern Backroad Retreats as we raise our children. Time that isn't spent working we spend time with family, watch the youngest play ball, or enjoying a leisure drive on the mule around the countryside. David and I hope you enjoy the country or the beach as much as we do!
