The beginning of the stay started out rough but the owners did everything to make it right. This property is beautiful & so spacious!

As described. Nicely equipped inside. The outside of the property could use some landscaping and clean up. The pool itself was clean but the are around the pool had lots of debris and garbage. Short walk to the beach. Maintenance was responsive for minor issues.

You could tell the owners are proud of this townhome. It's beautiful! The location was spectacular, the pool would be great in the summer, we even had a peek of the gulf! Definitely return again!

The pictures are very accurate and the location was great. The managers checked on us on day 1 and they ere in constant communication leading up to our visit making the checkin process smooth and easy. I highly recommend this location and management team.

The property was great, 10 min walk to the beach and restaurants. The management group was also helpful and quick to respond. The biggest improvement would be adding darkening curtains in the master bedroom on the 3rd floor. It was very bright, even at night, from the surrounding buildings.

We picked this house because of the location and the number of bedrooms/bathrooms. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. We did swim in the pool when we got home tired of the beach. It was a clean pool. The house was clean and there were more dishes than we expected. The beds were also soft and clean. My only suggestion is to bring a facemask because the master bedroom on the 3rd floor is bright during the night and the morning. I brought one because no place I have stayed at is as dark as my room at home. I would definitely come back again and stay here.

We had a mixed experience at this property. Upon arrival, we noticed the air conditioning on the 3rd floor wasn’t working, making the first night uncomfortably hot. When I called the number provided, I was told repairs weren’t their responsibility since the booking was through a third party. Interestingly, while I was still on the phone, someone from Blueswell arrived to take a look. Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved until the following day when a second technician came and fixed it.We also found the kitchen sink faucet to be very loose, and there were ants on the countertop, so we had to be extra careful not to leave any food out.On the positive side, the location was perfect, the beds were very comfortable, and the layout of the home was wonderful for our stay.

Misinformed and Disappointed

We recently spent 4 nights at this beautiful townhouse in PCB. The layout was lovely and well-maintained. Maintenance was responsive when we encountered a locked bathroom door, arriving quickly to resolve the issue.However, our stay was marred by a couple of significant disappointments. We were drawn to this rental partly because of the elevator shown in the listing photos, only to find out that it was not accessible without an additional 500 fee(not included in the listing). This crucial detail was not clearly stated, and when I reached out to the host for clarification, I felt frustrated by the misleading information.Additionally, the neighbors in Unit B were extremely loud, throwing parties every night. On one occasion, the police were called to shut down the noise, which made it challenging for us to get a good night's sleep. Given the unexpected situation with the elevator, we’ve decided not to rent from this host again. While the townhouse itself was lovely, this issue greatly impacted our experience. We hope future guests are better informed about the elevator situation. It is true that the elevator is not listed as an amenity in the listing; however the picture clearly shows the elevator. Therefore, people can easily assume it would be accessible. The host didn’t seem to care that we were in a situation where we really needed access. It would have only been used MAYBE twice a day.

While the listing does not advertise the elevator as an amenity, we understand that seeing the elevator door with a lock on it in a photo showcasing another space may have led to assumptions about its availability. We regret that this wasn’t clearer and appreciate your input, as it helps us improve. The elevator is privately managed by the property owner, and access is not included in the rental. We’ll review how we present this in our listing to ensure future guests have clearer expectations. We also apologize for the disturbance caused by noisy neighbors. This is not typical, and we’re sorry it impacted your stay. We’ve noted this with the property management team to address with the neighboring unit to prevent future disruptions.
