Il comprend 5 chambres (plus un futon et un lit double d'appoint), 2. 5 salles de bain sur 3 étages.

Friends weekend

Property was just as listed. Very clean and plenty of room for the 8 adults we had. Host was very responsive and checked in upon check in, during the stay and upon check out.

We needed a property for eight gentleman who were going to spend the weekend at Saratoga race track. This property was perfect for our needs. It was easy to get to the track and get back home. The property was clean and well kept. Manon was a great host. And we would go back again for sure

Reunion at the races!

Great spot for friend POST COVID reunion. Close to track and town center. Manon was incredibly helpful, very quick to respond. House is as listed. Plenty of room for our group!

Great location and house!

Great Fit

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - was the perfect place to use as a central location while we enjoyed the amenities of Saratoga Springs. Large bedrooms and quiet back yard. Will definitely be back!

Excellent Location

Michael and the property manager Jonathan were excellent hosts and every detail was covered. The location is perfectly situated away from the madness of downtown but close enough to enjoy all the local attractions. Great for family, friends or anyone looking to enjoy Saratoga with great convenience.

Beautiful home for a large group, minutes from the track

We rented Michael's house to host a bachelorette of 12 girls because our bride wanted to go to the track for the weekend. It was the perfect fit and location! The house was so clean when we arrived. We were a minute from the track, driving and a few minutes from the center of town. It was in a beautiful, family friendly neighborhood. We were supplied with a book that gave us grocery store locations, where to eat, things around the vicinity, etc. We had a fuse blow so we called the property manager. He was over within minutes to help us. Excellent customer service. We had all of the girls compliment on how we did such a good job picking a house. We felt very lucky to have stayed here and will definitely be recommending to others. We will absolutely be back again!

Comfortable and clean home in great Saratoga location.

The home is in a great Saratoga location that is close to downtown and the track. It is clean and well maintained and the perfect spot for larger groups of 8 - 10 people.

Great Track Season Rental

I do a golf/track trip to Saratoga with friends from college every July. This is the perfect house for our needs, with plenty of beds, plenty of room for air mattresses, and a great back deck. We will certainly be back next summer.

Great House for a trip to the Races

The house was exactly as described and how it looks in the photos and the location was perfect. We were able to easily walk to both downtown and the Saratoga Race Track. Additionally, coordinating with the owners and the property manager was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this house.

Great House, Perfect Location

The house was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and super easy coordinating with the owners. The location was perfect as it is walkable to both the race track and to the downtown area. I would recommend this house to anyone and I hope that I can rent this house again in the future.

Great home, walk to track and downtown.

Michael's home was perfect, clean and excellently located close to the track and downtown. His property manager, Jonathan was great and easy to get in contact with to pick up the keys. Plenty of space in the house for a weekend at the track with a bunch of friends. Quick return of our security deposit after and very quick to reply to emails throughout. Would rent again next year!

Great family location and convenient to track

We were very happy with our stay at this property and the house was present surprise compared to other rentals in Troy. We had plenty of room for the kids and the location was ideally situated within walking distance of the track, farmers market and Broadway restaurants. The park across the street was also a great place to let the kids run and play. The property manager and owner were very attentive and responsive to our needs and the house was a good condition with many amenities. The only additional items I would suggest are adding a microwave to the kitchen and maybe upgrading to more traditional mattresses with box springs over the european style ones in the house. Other than that, we would highly recommend this place.

GREAT TRACK DESTINATION

This was one of the best rentals I have ever had. The house was perfect for my group with ample amounts of bedrooms and amenities. The family was so generous and allowed us to use all amenities in the house including grill and other kitchen electronics. House was fully stocked great extras in case you forgot to bring as well. Family was a pleasure to work with and really made the experience great. Description is not lying when they say track rental too! 15 minute walk to the track and downtown. VERY CONVENIENT. Thank you so much for the great weekend! Hope to come back soon!!

Great location, nice house

We had a very enjoyable stay in Saratoga. Very clean house and a nice roomy atmosphere. Had everything we needed for our stay. Liked the proximity to the track. Very walkable.
