Arabella at the Track 6Bed/4Bath- Closest to Race Track Paddock.
Arabella at the Track is a 6 bedroom 4 bathroom house that has been in our family for many years. Located next to the championship barn, it is the closest rental you can get to the Saratoga Race Course! This house boasts 3 bedrooms with on suites and an additional 3 bedrooms that share a common bath, perfect for multiple friends to enjoy the place comfortably. We are a short walk to downtown where you can enjoy many great restaurants and shops as well as a short Uber (5 minutes) to SPAC. We look forward to hosting you!
We stayed at Arabella for Jazz Fest at SPAC. Excellent location. Easy to find. Quick response in communicating with the owners. Plenty of spacious bedrooms. Would happily return.
Arabella is a short walk to downtown Saratoga for dining, shopping, and exploring Congress park. It had space for large family dining, large living room and plenty of parking. Best of all it is literally next to the Saratoga track!
We stayed as a friend group overnight in Saratoga. The house is bright and cheery and nicely decorated. However, we were disappointed that the coffee maker was broken and the Keurig machine also didnât work. Some of the blinds in the rooms were not operable. other than that, it was a lovely stay. the beds were comfortable And clean.
A group of 8 ladies rented this home. Positive: High quality towels, comfortable/clean beds and location.Unfortunately, the cleanliness and functionality standards of the house were not acceptable:- There was a layer of dust on all surfaces. It couldnât be seen on the sofas, but within minutes of sitting there several of us were sneezing & coughing, making the living room unusable. We cleaned nightstands, lamps, and tables to make them usable.- Several lamps werenât working. Most were unplugged and 2 couldnât be plugged in (behind beds that couldnât be moved). Some bulbs werenât working and 2-3 lamps didnât even have bulbs.- Dining room ceiling fan was very dusty with webs. Cobwebs in corners & on windowsills.- Microwave handle was broken.- Threshold between dining room & kitchen was broken (a hazard as at least one person tripped on it).- Spattering in kitchen cabinet & bottom of the freezer was gross.- Blinds in a bathroom couldnât be closed.- On the 2nd night a lady saw several bugs crawling around the ceiling light at 11:30pm. She needed to leave before any got in her luggage & stayed in a hotel the next 2 nights. The issues were reported to the owner, who was responsive. Lightbulbs were placed on the porch & he thanked us for our feedback. The owner reviewed the house after we left and stated âthat a few things need to be buttoned upâ. He reluctantly reimbursed us for the cost of the hotel. Be warned that the ownerâs standard of cleanliness is very low!
I grew up in Saratoga in the hospitality business my family has a bed and breakfast right in town and I work full time there. I love all that Saratoga has to offer and enjoy being apart of the community.
Location is key in Saratoga and when you're staying at Arabella. You have it all within walking distance! The track is across the street, bars and restaurants are 10 minute walk. SPAC is about a 5 minute Uber. When you stay at the property, you don't feel like you are in town you will be in your own space.
