This immaculate, updated home is in a desirable location on a quiet street in Saratoga Springs! Less than a 1 mile walk to the heart of downtown and only 1.4 miles to Saratoga Racetrack. Spacious, open floor plan on the 1st level makes it an ideal entertaining space. Recently remodeled kitchen and bathroom and off street parking on a new paver driveway with an exterior 1450R outlet for electric vehicle charging. This home has everything you'll need for your visit!

An Ideal place to Stay

Family and friends stayed in this lovely home in Saratoga Springs. Very convenient location to town. Definitely can walk into town we did a couple of times. The house was very clean and provides everything you need in a kitchen. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Clean property, great location - walkable to town, well stocked. Only downsides were some stink bugs and no central AC means noisy window units. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy walk to town

Easy walk into town. It’s not located right in the downtown, which was ideal. We could go to the restaurants and shops and then leave the busy street for a quieter, relaxing night. The owner, Kelly, provided entry instructions in a timely manner prior to our stay and responded instantly if you texted her-which we only needed when we couldn’t figure out the lock to the house.

Property was fair. Wasn’t really realistic to walk to downtown or track. Neighborhood was marginal. Street dug up due to road/utility construction. Kelly was, however, a pleasure to work with.

Great location & well kept up house in Saratoga

We enjoyed our short stay at this property & will certainly be back next summer!! It is in a quiet area but close to everything you need! The house is well kept up and clean. The owners are responsive & we really had a great stay!!

Saratoga Summer Stay

My husband and I and my sister-in-laws came up for a weekend at the track. We wanted a clean, comfortable place to stay close to town and the track. We weren't disappointed! This house and host was just lovey! Super clean, updated and cute accommodations. Kelly our host made the check in and check out process very easy. She even left a sweet note and snacks. The house was stocked with all the supplies and amenities we needed. It was a great weekend!

Convenient and cozy house in Saratoga Springs

My husband and 2 grown daughters had a wonderful stay for our first visit to Saratoga Springs in July 2021. The house is cozy and comfortable and just what we were looking for for our “home away from home.” The house is in a neighborhood that is a nice walk to downtown. We enjoyed many of the sights and restaurants as well as a day drive up to Lake Placid. The check in and out were touchless and easy. We look forward to another stay!

Quiet location, close to downtown

Great location, quiet yet close to downtown. We enjoyed walking downtown for dinner and driving with our coffee to watch morning works at the Oklahoma Track. The House was clean and comfortable and set up with an Air Conditioner in every room.

A Comfortable House in Saratoga Springs

My wife and two adult sons enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean, comfortable, with ample room for the four of us (three bedrooms), and everything was working and in order. It was an easy and pleasant walk to downtown Saratoga Springs.

Nice stay.

Lovely owners. Easy/clear instructions for accessing the property. Very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning units in upstairs but not downstairs, and was very hot (albeit an unusually hot 90+ degree weekend) otherwise, everything is great. Worth staying at.
