Cette nouvelle maison d'un designer local est mise en place pour profiter de l'été à Saratoga. Grand salon, cuisine et salle à manger sont tous ouverts les uns aux autres. La grande salle avec écran donne sur la ferme équestre de l'autre côté de la rue. Plans de travail en granit dans la cuisine et les bains. Poêle Wolf avec grille intérieure et électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Deux des 3 chambres sont au premier étage. La troisième chambre à l'étage dispose d'un coin canapé / TV. Foyer extérieur et table de pique-nique à l'arrière dans une cour clôturée. Plusieurs téléviseurs avec câble et wifi. Buanderie au premier étage. Un peu plus de 1 mile de la piste de course de chevaux. En face du Saratoga National Golf Course.

Excellent home in a great location

This is our second time staying at this house, and it probably won't be the last. This lovely home is very comfortable, including the screened-in back porch to drink your morning coffee while watching the horses across the street. Great location with easy access to the highway and into town.

Perfection

As a rental owner myself I am keen on matching my esthetics to those of the properties we personally vacation in. This property ticks all the boxes and then some Beautifully decorated and maintained. Spotless..in and out. Location was perfect for Saratoga race track, Saratoga arts, Skidmore .college Lake Saratoga and many fine restaurants . We just used the main floor but the house could accommodate a large family easily . Or two couples with kids …the screened in porch and the lovely breezes were a welcome respite from the heat of our home on the gulf coast of florida . Everything about this home is wonderfully thought out .. Only suggestion.. a Pool! Would be the cherry on top! We will be back next season! Thank you!

Saratoga Home

Beautiful Saratoga home! Perfect for 3 couples with a gorgeous view. This rental has everything you might need during your stay. Kitchen is amazing with supplies galore. Denise is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Look forward to returning.

I cannot say enough about this home. Property is gorgeous (right across the street from a horse farm). Home is absolutely beautiful. Location is perfect for the race track. I would definitely stay again if I am going to Saratoga!

Beautiful Home

Home As advertised. House is located short distance from exit of highway easy to get to and is approx 1.5 mi to the race track. If you do not want to be in the crowded downtown then do consider this home as it is still close enough to track. restaurants and other attractions. The house has been completely updated and is well cared for. Denise was available to reach for any questions. The home is ideal for a couple or 2 couples . There are 2 bedrms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor. Upstairs there is no bathroom which could be inconvenient if there were children or guests staying on 2nd flr. What really sets this house apart from the others is that it is located across the street from a horse farm so you have a built in view of horses grazing and roaming in pastures on and off all through the day. Beds were extremely comfortable. High end Home. Would stay again in the future. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Family Wedding Weekend

This home was perfect for a long weekend getaway and minutes away from downtown Saratoga, the Racetrack and the Saratoga SPA Park! We all enjoyed the home especially the screened in porch and the view of the horse farm! Would highly recommend!

Great property close to racetrack

Beautiful and comfortable house. 5 adults stayed there and our parting words were, can we stay there next year. Close to grocery stores and the track but you feel like you are in the country. House is great with all necessary amenities. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at your house in Saratoga. The house was incredible, comfortable, and provided so much room for all of us. We especially enjoyed spending time in the screened in porch and gathering around the fire pit. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Ideal in every way

My family and I had a great experience staying at Denise's home! The location is perfect. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood, but still only a couple minutes away from downtown. The home is spacious, clean, homey, with lots of modern amenities. When we return to Saratoga Springs, I will absolutely book again!

Awesome house and owner.

Denise is the most responsive owner I have experienced using Home Away. The home was awesome, beautifully decorated and immaculate throughout. Great location for four guys who came in for 4 days of racing and vacation. The whole atmosphere is relaxing especially the sun room and the Adirondack chairs in the back yard around the fire pit. The view of the horse farm is impressive. Fast and easy drive to the track and downtown shops and restaurants. This is a five star + location. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely home in a beautiful setting

We totally enjoyed our visit. We loved the location. Close to the hub of downtown but enough removed that it was in a relaxed environment. We loved the view of the beautiful horses across the street. The home is warm, welcoming and beautifully appointed (it is obvious that the owner is a decorator). We had everything that we needed and then some. My sister drinks decaf coffee, my husband and I drink regular and we had two coffee pots. The beds were very comfortable. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Beautiful house. Convenient location.

I highly recommend staying at this house for your Saratoga trip. The location is very convenient for the racetrack and going into town. The house has a nice backyard, perfect to bbq with a view of the horse farm. The house is immaculate and plenty of room for 6 people to stay in the house comfortably. Denise was a tremendous host. I couldn't have been more pleased. I will be booking this house again in the future! Thanks Denise

Fantastic as always

We had another fantastic time this past weekend in Saratoga. Denise's home was as beautiful and spotless as we had remembered from last year. It's great to spend the day at the races and be back to the comfort of "home" in just a couple of minutes. We had a great clamboil and did some outdoor grilling as usual this year. Thursday night we found a new after-track dive spot for some drinks and live music at the Horseshoe Inn Bar and Grill which was fun. As always lots to see and do in Saratoga and its great to have a wonderful place to stay close to everything but tucked away in a pastoral setting. Thanks Again Denise for a wonderful vacation!

Fantastic Visit

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home very much! The house was located in a convenient and tranquil setting. The furnishings were very attractive and most comfortable.The homeowner had anticipated and provided for our every need. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Great Weekend

The house was incredibly beautiful- decorated to perfection, very clean and very comfortable. Location was great with a view of the horse farm. Extremely close to the track but very peaceful and quiet. We had a great stay.
