The Space:

Welcome to our luxe and newly renovated home! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is the perfect vacation destination, offering comfort, entertainment, and relaxation for up to 10 guests.



Step outside into the fully fenced, resort-style backyard and be prepared to be amazed. A large pool awaits for endless hours of refreshing swims, while a professionally installed putt putt course offers a fun and challenging experience for golf enthusiasts. The in-ground trampoline is perfect for kids (and adults!) to bounce away their energy, and a BBQ grill and mini fridge provide everything you need for outdoor cooking. With plenty of outdoor seating, a hot tub, and even a swing set, the backyard truly has it all.



Each bedroom is tastefully furnished with the utmost comfort in mind. Bedroom 1 and 2 are equipped with king-size beds, while Bedroom 3 and 4 feature queen-size beds and a queen over queen bunk bed. Additionally, each bedroom has a smart TV, perfect for unwinding and catching up on your favorite shows.



Bathroom 1 offers a convenient tub/shower combo, Bathroom 2 featuring a luxurious walk-in shower, and a half bath situated downstairs for added convenience.



As you step into the living room, you'll be greeted by a stunning 75-inch smart TV and plush, comfortable seating. Whether you're enjoying a movie night with the family or simply relaxing after a long day, this space is designed to cater to your entertainment needs. For a truly immersive movie experience, head over to the movie theater, complete with reclining seats and an impressive 125-inch screen. Enjoy quality time with loved ones playing board games or challenging each other to arcade games.

For those who enjoy a friendly game of poker or a round of billiards, you'll love the poker table and pool table. Both offer hours of entertainment and friendly competition.



The fully stocked kitchen is a culinary haven, furnished with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and not one but two different types of coffee makers - drip and Keurig. With everything you need at your fingertips, cooking up a delicious meal or brewing your morning cup of coffee is a breeze.



This rental is family-friendly, offering amenities to accommodate guests of all ages. A pack n play and high chair are provided for our littlest guests, ensuring a comfortable stay for the whole family.



We understand that pets are part of the family too, which is why we gladly welcome dogs to our rental. There is an additional fee of $125 per stay for up to two dogs. We kindly request that your furry friends are crate trained, not left unattended, and that you clean up after them to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry



Other Things to Note:

Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this



-Pool Heating $100 per day, If you would like the pool heated please make sure to ask about its availability prior to booking.

-Our pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures with the max temperature set to 85 degrees. While FL is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Please keep this mind for your trip if booking during FL’s colder months. Thank you!



Just a friendly heads-up regarding the pool heater. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed.

We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to answer any questions before or during your stay.



Absolutely No Parties- Grounds for Termination - If we receive noise complaints from the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled and no refund will be issued

Strict Quiet Hours- 10pm-7am - Please keep in mind this is a residential neighborhood and we want to be respectful of the neighbors

Parking for 4 cars max

Please note that a liability waiver must be filled out in order to confirm your reservation :)



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
