Downstairs, the open living room has two sofas that create a great conversation zone. The adjacent dining table seats five. The living area also has a queen bed separated by a pony wall with sliding half walls and full cabinet that create increased privacy in the open loft studio space. There is also a portable AC unit to help take the edge off a hot Tahoe day. The kitchenette with white tile countertops, comes equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and stove top. There is also an oven – an unusual amenity in a Studio Loft condo! The bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.

Upstairs the loft has a queen bed and its own bathroom. The bed zone is walled off for some additional peace and quiet. There is a seating area outside the room, at the top of the stairs with a sofa and small table.

You are truly in a great location at Palisades Tahoe Lodge #317. Steps from the chairs, from legendary KT22 and Base-to-Base Gondola to Alpine Meadows. If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic (cross-country) skiing are of interest they are all very nearby. Summer grants easy access to the hiking trails. Shirley Canyon is truly around the corner.
