Welcome to this ground floor Sanctuary Apartment at The Urban Standard. This unit has been recently renovated featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and patio with seating that faces the shared courtyard garden. You are only steps away from your dedicated parking space and the grounds include a pet area.
The space
The apartment is central to the St. Pete area. It is 10 minutes from the bars and museums of downtown St. Petersburg and only a 20-minute drive to the pristine beaches in “The Burg”. Easy access to 275 North for Tampa International Airport or the Clearwater Airport. Minutes from shopping centers and local shops. This property is on the edge of a commercial area yet borders a small, quaint quiet neighborhood. Once inside the gate, it feels like a garden oasis, a place to escape and relax.
Guest access
Park in the dedicated parking space in the front and enter through the garden gate. Walk through the little oasis to the apartment at the back of the property. The door is located next to the private deck, overlooking the garden area. Guests have access to the outdoor spaces including dog park, and outdoor seating in this shared community. If visitors have guests coming over, they are welcome to park on the street. The unit will have a keyless entry, with code given the day of rental.
Other things to note
The private apartment is located just North of Downtown St. Petersburg. This apartment is within a small complex with long term rentals, and other units that accommodate short term rentals. Guests enjoy chatting with one another about their fun for the day or recommend other sites to visit in the amazing St. Pete area. Bringing friends or family? Ask us about our other units. Ideal space for friends/family that want to gather yet have their own place to sleep and eat.
