Cette maison datant de 1907 a été méticuleusement rénovée avec une magnifique cuisine en merisier, des comptoirs en granit sur mesure, tous les nouveaux appareils de cuisine et commodités. Les planchers en sapin d'origine ont été restaurés pour ajouter du charme et du caractère à cette maison chérie.
Les lits sont magnifiques et disposent de draps blancs luxueux et de nombreux draps. Les oreillers et les matelas sont merveilleux et assureront une nuit de sommeil parfaite.
Chaque détail a été pensé dans toute la maison. Dans la matinée, préparez votre tasse de café ou de thé et détendez-vous à la table de la salle à manger ou sur le vaste pont offrant une vue magnifique sur la montagne. Ou descendez un demi-pâté de maisons dans l'un des charmants cafés locaux. Promenez-vous pour déjeuner en ville - vous êtes à 1-5 minutes à pied de n’importe où dans le centre-ville d’Ashland. Dans la soirée, deux des meilleurs restaurants d'Ashland sont littéralement à deux pas, tout comme de nombreux restaurants décontractés.
Le spectacle vert et la billetterie OSF sont à deux pâtés de maisons de niveaux.

The location just off of downtown was perfect, and the house was perfect for us. Our host Alla was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had what we needed.We would search out this house again if we go back to Ashland for Shakespeare next year!

My family really enjoyed your home! They found the accommodations to be roomy, comfortable, and extremely clean. My sister in law is a restoration architect and was impressed by The historic nature of the property. The location took advantage of the downtown shops!

Beautiful house! Very charming but with all the modern conveniences we needed. The location was absolutely perfect, it was a long drive to Asland from where we live, but once we were there we didn’t have to get in the car once to get anywhere. Totally walkable to all the restaurants, shopping, OSF, and Lithia Park. Just a wonderful trip!

Lovely little house, VERY conveniently located in Ashland. Beds are comfy and the communication was great. It is a very old house, so expect original wood floors. steep stairs, and small but very functional bathrooms. We'd stay there again! Great for our family -

This home is the perfect jumping off point for the theater. The spaces and appliances are small, but it is well equipped with everything you could need and the owner/manager responds promptly to questions. Designated parking space, A/C blasting on a hot day, comfy beds. The most reasonable 3 bedroom rental I have found in Ashland!

Great place for Girls Weekend near OSF

Great little cottage that is within an easy walking distance to the theaters and hiking. Though small, we all had our own comfortable beds. The bathroom with a shower is a bit tight on space but it was clean. Kitchen is well stocked and there is a nice picnic bench to sit on outside. I would come back again.

We do enjoyed our stay. This cottage is quaint and close to everything. The weather was quite warm and the AC units held up well. We'll book here again for our next stay!

Great location, comfy house!

Loved the location - perfect for walking to plays and into town. The house itself was clean and had comfortable furnishings, and the host was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again if we return with a similarly sized group of people.

There were 7 of us together for a “girls’ trip,” and this house was the perfect location.

Alla was quick to respond with our few questions. Good kitchen and comfortable “hang out” space. Recomment Smithfield restaurant down the alley and Mixx on the plaza for coffee and treats! This all worked out fine!

Thanks so much for bringing the "girls" here to stay! I've actually had some of my most fun "girls trips" at this home. The friends I invited with me from California always ask when we can call get together again in Ashland! Hopefully you enjoyed some of the games and puzzles as well as the cozy living room space for chatting and laughing and wine, of course!

Great stay!

Alla's cottage is just as charming in real-life as it is in the photographs and very well appointed. We were a group of 6 and the house never felt crowded thanks to the way everything is laid out. Incredible location- close to the theatres, Lithia Park, the downtown and yet very quiet with a view out over the mountains. We loved the deck with the gas grill for bbq'g, having dinner under the big umbrella and just hanging out. Alla is a super responsive and kind host!

Perfect Weekend

I stayed here with a group of five women. The house is perfect for us. Easy walk to theaters, restaurants and downtown area. Enough beds for everyone. Comfortable living room for hanging out. Everything we needed. This is the second time we've stayed here and we will return.

Ideal Ashland location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint home. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to numerous restaurants, and to the theaters for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival! Alla was easily accessible via messaging, and when a couple of repair issues arose, she responded quickly and made sure the issues were addressed completely in a timely manner. Thank you, Alla and Patrick, for making this lovely house available to Ashland visitors! It helped facilitate a very special family time <3

Wonderful home and great location

We loved our stay at this home! Alla, the owner, was very responsive and attentive. She clearly cares about her guests and wants them to have a wonderful time at her property. As other reviewers have noted, the location is fantastic and so easy to walk to everything. The house is well stocked and the air conditioning kept the house cool. Beds and pillows comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Clean and inviting home!

Downtown

The kitchen was well stocked. Our stay was during winter and the house is hard to keep warm. The steep stairs are not advisable for young children. The upstairs is quite charming. The downstairs bedroom is small with no closet and the livingroom could use a rug to warm it up and a TV! The deck would be a big asset during warmer weather.

Lead windows, original woodwork, fir floors which were both original to the home AND some rebuilt with fir from OSF's original practice space. The home is charming a full of character - from the clawfoot tub (perfect for a relaxing bath) to the slanted ceilings and dormers, this house brings all the history of Ashland to the forefront of your stay.
