belles choses viennent en petits paquets! Bien que cette maison est petite, elle est délicieusement éloquente. Mousseux propre avec un intérieur moderne que vous apprécierez.

Belles comptoirs en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, un bar à café et thé et une cuisine avec toutes les commodités pour préparer un repas. Un porche avant et pont arrière vous permettent de sortir des portes et profiter de la nature; cerfs fréquentent la cour souvent!

Il y a deux chambres avec lit queen confortables matelas haut de gamme et de grands placards.

Détendez-vous et vous rafraîchir dans la grande douche accommodant qui fournit 2 jets de corps, une tête de pluie, et une pomme de douche à main réglable en hauteur tenue avec quatre options de pulvérisation. Choisissez d'activer un ou deux à la fois pour tremper votre corps dans l'eau de massage!

Alors que vous n'avez pas besoin d'une voiture pour profiter de la ville, vous aurez besoin d'un si vous prévoyez de profiter d'autres activités à proximité de Ashland (caves, Festival Britt, bateau Jet à Grants Pass, ou paddle board sur le lac Immigrant, etc.

Delightful in every way!

The cottage was simply lovely, comfortable, clean and the kitchen well-stocked. The location was perfect for attending the theatre, local shops and restaurants. We would happily return next time we visit Ashland!

Ashland walk to everything

Great place for two couples. We parked when we arrived and walked to everything we needed over the next three days. Great location for Shakespeare Festival shows, restaurants, coffee shops Will definitely rebook when we return to Ashland.

Nice house and property

I have had the greatest stay at this property. Very clean and close to everything like restaurants, entertainment, and the highway. I will be booking again when visiting family in Ashland.

Spent a month at this property. It’s in a wonderful location. It was easy to communicate with the property manager. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and close to theaters

Everything it said it was. Small but very clean and comfy. Very close to theaters (important for us). Would definitely book this again and we come to Ashland at least twice per year and have been doing so for 20 years. Great for a couple, or even 2 couples.

Ashland hiking and gangaji

We took a trip to crater lake, enjoyed a couple hikes in lothia park, absolutely loved the food coop, and a special tea place and finished with four days of a Gangaji retreat. We will definitely be back!! The house was beautiful and perfect for us! The view from the kitchen was beautiful of the mountains and the location perfect for our walks to shops, hiking, Gangaji and food. Thank you for your beautiful home we will definitely stay in this house again next time.

A perfect home base

We planned our vacation to the Northwest for over a year. With our Southern Oregon families living in Talent, Central Point and Ashland, we looked online at many B+Bs in and around those towns. We selected Charley’s Place and it was the perfect home base for our week in the Rogue River Valley…a well-appointed home, minutes from the Shakespeare Festival and unique shopping/restaurants, and an owner who was very helpful.

Cozy cottage great location

We loved out stay and will definitely come again. The cottage was perfect for four people (my, my husband, my daughter and her best friend). Close to downtown, to theaters, to grocery stores and eateries. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, bathroom is spacious and has a triple option shower, parking in the back. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings, enjoying coffee and reading a book. Every house should have a front porch like that. Thank you to the host for thinking of so many little details!

Nice Place

A well appointed accommodation, located centrally to most all Ashland has to offer. If you plan on making much use of the kitchen, l might consider arriving with spices, etc., required for meal prep; this spot is conveniently close to Safeway grocery, too. Not much of a technobot; so, had to feel my way through television/streaming setup. Appreciated the availability of washer/dryer. Even the Alley fence was charming.

Relaxing

This cute house was the perfect location for us. We could take the short walk to the theaters thru the downtown to stop at shop or thru a neighborhood. It was in walking distance of North Mountain Park where we like to go. Bedrooms and living room are comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious. Kitchen was well stocked and great place for enjoying a meal. Neighborhood was very quiet. Hosts are very welcoming.

Second time staying here and it definitely did not disappoint. So many positives about this home. Good location, clean, plenty of parking and space to spread out. Visited Ashland every year minus Covid years and without a doubt this house is in the best location. Easy walking distance to the Cabaret, OSF and shops downtown. Coffee shop is down the block and a new massage and fitness center just opened around the corner. Just arrive, park and ditch the car for a few days.Two bedrooms but easily fit 4 adults. Thank you for a wonderful stay Owner has good communication and sweet to leave welcoming snacks and drinks for guests.

Great Place!

This is one of the best VRBO properties I've ever rented. Spotlessly clean, with a kitchen very well equipped, and a location that allowed me to park my car for four days and walk everywhere. I loved exploring the various neighborhoods and getting my morning hike at Lithia Park. This will be my go-to place from now on.

Proximity to Shakespeare!

This lovingly maintained house could not possibly be more convenient for enjoying Ashland. We were able to walk to all restaurants and plays. Our month passed too quickly;)

Just right, thoughtful touches!

Charley's Place was just right for our 3-night get-away for 2 couples. There was plenty of space for us to cook, eat, watch a movie and play games. Outside temps were high, but the AC kept us cool inside. We had a car, but were able to walk to the theater, shops and grocery store. Thoughtful touches included a basket of snacks, bottle of wine and recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.

Wonderful property in great location

Me and my friend absolutely loved this place! Clean, well stocked and situated close to everything so it was an easy walk to downtown Ashland. Appreciated the snacks upon check in. Lovely decor and we both appreciated the clean and organized space. Had a variety of appliances (coffee maker -pods with a nice selection, tea kettle, and cups/ plates, utensils, and everything you might need for your stay). We used washer/dryer at end of stay, which had fast cycle. Nice to have walk-in closets in both bedrooms, and comfortable beds. I loved sitting on the porch in the morning while it was quiet. We saw a deer on side of house at dusk one day. We were close enough to walk to coffee/breakfast—visited Rogue Valley Roasters and Hither. Then able to walk easily to OSF, bakery, shopping. Also tried many wonderful restaurants and tea shops like Dobra and Lovey’s. Always catch the Farmer’s Market and checked out the Artisan’s Market along Guanajuato. We are close enough for short drives to surrounding cities like Talent, Medford and Jacksonville. My sister and her son stopped in from their nearby rental and commented what a beautiful, spacious place it was. A lot of space to enjoy music, read, talk to people. Fast internet, available board games and comfy sofa/seating. Helpful to have parking in rear that was able to accommodate large/wide vehicles. Would come back and rent Charley’s Place again for sure!

My son and I recently purchased this property because we really enjoy Ashland. We were looking for a place where we could walk to town and all that it has to offer. Once we saw this little place we just loved it! It's just beautifully done...we hate leaving! The outside looks like many of the other historical homes in this area, but once we walked in we just felt happy and so enjoyed the beautiful interior. An added bonus are the deer that seem to keep the lawn mowed!

We live in Medford, so can be easily available, but come to Ashland often as there is so much to do in this small town.
