Très Jolie Beach House, Quatre blocs de la plage

Notre maison de plage immaculée de deux étages est situé sur Fairway Drive dans la ville de Bethany Beach. Il est seulement quatre pâtés de maisons de l'océan et une promenade ou à vélo très facile à Béthanie. La maison est située sur la rue la plus orientale de Béthanie Ouest, si vous avez accès à des piscines communautaires et des courts de tennis. (Une belle piscine et des courts de tennis sont situés à quelques pas de notre maison.) Notre rue est calme, Beachy, et sans danger pour les enfants faire du vélo, et notre cour est ensoleillée et herbeux. La bibliothèque et l'église catholique sont à droite le bloc, et le chariot de la ville Bethany arrêts toutes les 30 minutes sur notre coin. Il est idéal pour le transport de petits enfants et des engins de plage.

La maison est un, de deux étages "boîte à sel» de charme avec deux chambres en bas et deux grandes chambres à l'étage. Les grandes salles de bains sont à chaque étage. Le bas de bain a une baignoire jacuzzi et douche séparée. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et télévision par câble. La deuxième chambre du bas a deux lits jumeaux. A l'étage, vous pouvez dormir vacanciers toutes sortes de combinaisons, comme une chambre à coucher a deux lits queen, un lit double et de la télévision, et l'autre chambre a quatre lits jumeaux.

La cuisine est moderne et lumineux, le salon est plein de charme mobilier confortable et dispose d'une télévision par câble, et la véranda hors de la cuisine a une énorme table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir douze facilement pour les grands dîners de famille. Le long du côté est de la table d'un enfant qui peut accueillir quatre petits et il ya une chaise haute.

Toute la maison est fraîchement peint dans des couleurs claires d'été. Nous avons deux zones de climatisation centrale et une buanderie pratique. Dehors, il ya deux terrasses avec de belles aires de repos et une douche fabuleuse privé extérieur (à ciel ouvert), qui tout le monde aime! La maison est grande pour les familles avec enfants et parfait pour deux familles à partager.

Family stay

We enjoyed a family stay. House was very comfortable and sleeps about 12 people. Could walk to beach or use parking permit provided by owners. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was as advertised. It was spacious for the 7 of us. Everything was clean. The outside enclosed shower was great to have after the beach. The kids loved the jet tub. The trolley stops right across the street from the house so access to the beach is easy. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Some of us walked the 20 minutes to the beach. Our only issue was that the upstairs “king” bed was actually two singles pushed together (the downstairs king was normal). With a mattress pad or something it would work better but as is the crack between mattresses was not comfortable.

Great house, short walk to downtown Bethany

Lovely house with great beds for our guests! We had many family style dinners on the porch, ate outside often, and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Excellent communication throughout the rental experience.

Perfect for families

This house was great! We were 4 adults and 3 kids and had beds/space to spare. It is perfect for little kids- there were lots of toys and books in the house, a deck right off the kitchen, and the access to the community pool was incredible for our littles. It was clean and homey. We all loved it and would consider renting again next year, too!

Love Bethany Beach!

House was well located. It was a short walk to the beach which gave our grandchildren the freedom to enjoy Bethany Beach. House had a well stocked kitchen, large rooms and was clean. We enjoyed to porch, front deck and outside shower. It was easy to get to the beach either by walking, taking the trolley or driving. The resident parking pass gave you additional parking availability. Bethany Beach is a wonderful family destination.

Wonderful vacation experience

I must say, the pictures for this property don't do it justice. As soon as we walked in everyone was squealing at how spacious and bright it was. The layout is wonderful and there was plenty of space for our group of 9 (could have easily fit a couple more). All appliances were as stated, and worked. We didn't make use of the trolley but did see it on a number of occasions, and it seems very easy to make use of. We had a pretty easy time finding parking near the beach and also visited the pool which everyone loved. The outdoor shower was so convenient after the beach. My kids enjoyed the extra toys as well. The one thing I would’ve liked, but wouldn’t mark it down for because they didn’t claim to have it was a grill. There’s a nice deck that attaches to the eating area and it would’ve been so nice to grill one day. We stay in a lot of vrbo’s and thoroughly enjoyed this one :)

At Last!

After trying to coordinate a family vacation for several years we finally made it happen. Our stay at Bethany Beach was wonderful! House was perfect for us. Plenty of room, large kitchen, screened porch that accommodated all of us for meals. Large living room with plenty of seating. The parking pass allowed us to drive our beach gear and our youngest family members while the rest of us walked the mile or so to the beach--great for relieving the guilt of the various treats we consumed along the boardwalk. Overall, the best first family vacation we could have expected.

Beach retreat

Great place to stay while visiting Bethany beach. The house was perfect…toys for the little ones, great outdoor shower, comfortable and room enough for everyone! Short walk to the beach or easy access for the trolley ride. Would highly recommend this place for a wonderful getaway!

Very relaxing stay in great location near everything in Bethany

The owners were great to communicate with - organized and efficient but also laid back and hands-off (in a good way). As a result the check and and check out process was a breeze with no stress (and without the typical laundry list of things you are asked to do when checking out of a home that can be exhausting). The property was as pictured and the community amenities were great and also very easy to locate and stress free to get a daily or weekly pass. We had 2 "preteens" and when we were not at the beach they were able to walk or ride bikes and to the amenities and actually occupied themselves and left us alone! The parking pass and trolley stop right outside the house were wonderful bonuses. One small thing but we left a few things there and the owners found them and mailed them back to us so quickly and did not even take us up on offering to pay the cost. We would rent here again if we were vacationing in the area.

Fine but not great

The house was mostly as listed but the large eating area was on a screened porch and there was no way to make it cool enough for all of us to eat together. The eat in kitchen with the a/c only has a small table seating 4. The house is also old and needs updating seriously. One of the air conditioning vents was leaking when we arrived and there was a large wet spot in the carpet in one of the upstairs bedrooms. And the cleaning service did a terrible job. There were grimy handprints on the front door, coffee grounds still in the coffee pot and a dirty toilet brush in one of the bathrooms. Plus the house was very musty. It hit you every time you opened the front door. The positives are the beds were comfortable and it was very nicely decorated.

Fantastic Time

The house was plenty big for 8 adults and 2 kids! The play kitchen and babies was a huge hit with the grandkids, they kept themselves content for hours. The Trolley stop is just across the street and is just under a mile walk to the beach. The only thing that would have been better is if the pool would have been included in the cost. There is a separate fee to use that. Other than that, we had a fantastic time!!

Wonderful vacation home, wonderful vacation

The pictures on this site don't do this house justice. The house was incredibly clean and spacious. We loved the sunroom! So perfect for two families to share. A short walk to the beach and a cute playground for young children at the corner. It was so easy to get to the beach that we never even made it to the pool. We can't wait to go again next year!
