Bethany Beach Sleeps 14 4 BDRM + Den w/Sleeper

This SPECTACULAR home has 4-bedrooms each w/PRIVATE bathroom (sleeps 12) and a private den with sleeper sofa on the first floor (sleeps 2). Note: 4 of twin beds/ bunk room more suitable for kids. This retreat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the desirable Bethany West neighborhood (located in community across the street from St. Ann’s Catholic Church.)

Short walk to downtown Bethany and beach (15 min walk/1 mile) and steps away from pool, tennis, pickle ball courts, playground, basketball court, kayak ramp, and Trolley route (ride to town and beach). *Activities and Trolley only available in season.

The home features a spacious, beautifully decorated great room with vaulted ceilings and large flat screen television. There is an additional living area, as well as a large screened in porch and deck for reading, playing games or quiet conversations.

Children and adults alike can bike, skate and walk the neighborhood streets as well as enjoy *2 community pools, *tennis and pickle ball courts, *workout room, playground and basketball court. *Activity fee is $30 per person/per week or $10 per person/per day - paid to the community upon arrival.

Amenities include two-zone central air conditioning, ceiling fans, gas fireplace, gas grill, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, 2 refrigerator/freezers, and Wi-Fi enabled internet connectivity. The fully stocked kitchen includes a double oven, gas stove, microwave, stainless steel dishwasher, and refrigerator. High chair and pack/play available. Ring doorbell utilized for monitoring departure of cleaning crew in hopes of getting you in early!

*Renters must bring their own linens (sheets/towels/kitchen towels) or easily rent them from a local company that provides drop off and pick up as part of the rental package.

July and August rentals are only available for full weeks (Saturday to Saturday).

Lovely, super well-equipped home in fabulous location

We had such a lovely long weekend here! The home is very well equipped with everything you could ask for and lots of room for our family to spread out and enjoy a mini vacation. Check in and out was seamless and Lisa was very easy to communicate with.

6 adults, 5 kids,and 1 AWESOME week! Lisa's home is absolutely amazing! Highlights for us were the screened-in porch, the kids' bunk room, and having a private bathroom for each bedroom. Check-in was a breeze and Lisa was super quick to respond to our questions. The neighborhood is great and the free trolley was a fun way to get into town.Bethany Beach will not disappoint! We can't wait to go back!! Thank you so much for your hospitality, Eger family!

The house is spacious and beautiful, an easy 15-20 minute walk to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and well appointed. Nine of us had plenty of room to gather together or find separate space. The kitchen had every item we might need. I recommend a larger dish strainer! :) The screened in patio was especially lovely for morning coffee or evening drinks. I highly recommend this property!

Great Memorial Day Stay!

We had a fantastic time over Memorial Day with three generations. The house was just as advertised, very clean and well stocked. Proximity to the beach and shops was very convenient as well. Definitely a recommended property and the owner's were very responsive and helpful!

Close to the beach

Our family group stayed here for a week. We went to the nearby pool and played pickleball, very convenient to the house. We also enjoyed being close to coffee shops and restaurants. The house was very spacious, with multiple areas for our guests to relax and read or work.

This property was excellent. We loved it.The host was wonderful and kind she was very prompt with answering all my questions. The house is huge.it was eight of us and we had plenty of bedrooms. We sat and talk it felt like we were at home. The house was decorated perfect. The kitchen and master bedroom was gorgeous. The outside had so many places to sit and chat.

Owner Lisa was wonderful to work with. The house was spacious and very functional. Our family of 11 people fit comfortably in this house. Its very close to all the activities. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will most definitely return as well. A+

Great House!

Loved our stay here. About a mile from the beach so very easy to walk or can take the free trolley. House also comes with 2 beach parking passes which made everything very easy. House was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The screened porch was amazing! Really enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

Wonderful family vacay spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home! The house was conveniently located near the beach, boardwalk and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. It is extremely spacious and has ample room for extended family/friends. The kitchen was well stocked! There were many fun games to play, comfy chairs and lots of space to relax. We hope to come again and again!

Wonderful weekend

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed this house so much. It was a perfect fit for three families. Everything you could ever need is provided and the communication with the owners was amazing. The place is much larger than the pictures looked. I wish we could have stayed for the whole week. Looking forward to visiting again!

Lisa was incredibly easy to work with! She always responded quickly to my questions. The house is beautiful, clean, airy and had a well organized kitchen. The location was perfect; just minutes from the beach. It’s a perfect house for a family. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect House for Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well stocked. Check in was easy! The location made it possible to walk into town and we used the trolley once. The parking passes were a bonus when it came time to find a parking space at Bethany Beach on a summer weekend. We would definitely consider rentiing here again. It was the best stocked home we have ever rented and the size made it possible for families to have their own space. We loved the screened-in-porch in the evening.

Proprety and property manager way exceeded our expectations.

This was my forst time renting a property, and may I say it was a wonderful experience. From the very beginning Lisa was very courteous and was able to conform to our requests. When we got to the house it was beyond our expectation and left us a little speechless cleanliness was immaculate. Our family not only looks forward to renting from houses on VRBO but Will try to request this house again.

Perfect for a large group

Wonderful property, even better than pictures show. The home is large, which is great when you want to be with your whole family, but feel like you all get your own space. Even the bunk room beds were comfy. The cleaning service does a great job and the owner does a great job managing the property -- this was definitely the cleanest Bethany rental we have had . Furnishings are well maintained and many are new. All the extra amenities you need to feel at home are provided, from juicers and waffle makers, extra blankets, and toothbrushes if you forgot. Owner was able to offer some flexibility with checking in and out, which was appreciated. The provided beach cart and extra beach items was very helpful.

Exceeded expectations

A large, beautifully configured house located in a peaceful neighborhood. A 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to restaurants. Plenty of room inside and outside to spread out for adults and kids alike. If anything, bigger than the pictures suggest. The residential parking passes are a big plus if you want to ferry small kids to the beach with minimum fuss. The property manager was extremely informative and responsive. Wouldn't change a thing. Hope to stay here again!

Exceeded my expectations

Very beautiful home at the end of a private cul de sac. The living area was spacious (with high ceilings) and plenty of "bonus" rooms and outdoor seating. The four bedrooms were very comfortable with nice bathrooms attached to each. We could even use the walk-in closet in the master bedroom as the "nursery." Nice amenities - clubhouses with pools/tennis/game rooms/free organized activities for a nominal fee. Many nice extras: parking passes/quarters for trolley/cleaning supplies provided to name a few. Highly recommend.

Wedding Getaway

We were a group of 13 friends/family that stayed here as we were attending a wedding nearby. This house could not have been more perfect for the group of us! It was extremely spacious and had so many areas to relax and socialize including a screened in outdoor porch, a deck, and multiple other sitting areas! All the rooms have an associated bathroom which was fabulous and everyone had decent sized bed to sleep in. The location is wonderful as it was a .5 mi walk to all the shops and beach that Bethany has to offer. The house was very clean, the check in process was seamless, Lisa was very communicative, and the house was well stocked with anything we could need! We will 1000% be staying here again if we come back to the area. Thank you!

Girls Trip

This house was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. Master bedroom with a king bed, upstairs bedroom with bunk beds, and two bedrooms with queen beds. 11 people comfortably fit and with all the couches I’m sure more could comfortably fit. The house was clean and spacious and the pictures didn’t do it justice, it’s even better in person. They provided plenty of cookware as well as a grill so we we’re able to have a big dinner and there’s a dining room table with plenty of room. They also provide plenty of games and a karaoke machine. The host was very accommodating and great at answering questions. 10/10!!
