Cette maison se trouve sur un terrain d'angle près de l'arrière du développement Island Club. Avec trois chambres et deux salles de bains, cette maison peut accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes. En entrant par la porte d'entrée, les clients entrent dans la cuisine et salle à manger combinée. La cuisine a des appareils en mode plein écran, ainsi que les outils dont vous avez besoin pour faire manger un repas savoureux et. Ceci est une superbe façon d'économiser de l'argent pendant vos vacances Put-in-Bay. Grâce à la cuisine, les clients continuent dans le salon. The rental had a place toSleep and a place to shower. However number 83 is in major need of repairs. None of the kitchen drawers open smoothly at all, they are all broken. The spicket outside didn’t work, and also the electrical outlet outside. We liked the location and would like to try another more updated cabin in the future.

Great stay, but I would like my security deposited back please

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great time at our Island Club. There were a couple of broken drawers in the kitchen, and the skylight in the adjoining bathroom leaked (accompanied by a large spot of mold), but otherwise the house was clean and well-kept. However, I never received my security deposit back, despite leaving the house spotless. I also never received a notice that I wouldn't get it back for any reason. Please return my money to me.

First time, probably last time.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked very late, so I am sure the unit that was available was vacant as they probably rent it when no others were available. Floor outside Bath was a hole covered in carpet. Kitchen cabinet drawers broken. Overall, we were not happy with the unit. Property was great, pool was clean, but we can't get passed the shape of the house.

Island was a treat, housing... not what I thought it would be.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the air conditioner was broken,the grill wouldn't light,the fan was broken, and the vents did not stay open. Having said that we called and everything was taken care of immediately. We were very happy with the attentiveness of your workers. The cleanliness of the cabin on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being best I would rate it a 4. The shower curtains were moldy, there was still a bathroom sponge from the previous tenants still on the floor. The ashtray in the front room still had ashes and butts in it. The lamp was also missing a lightbulb. The kitchen was also pretty bad. We loved the location but next time I think we would not stay in this particular "cabin" again. I would like to stay in a cabin that was more cared for.

It worked

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed in several island club rentals over the years and this is the worst one. It needed a lot of general maintenance, the kitchen drawers didn’t close, the master shower was in bad condition, and no rugs by the doors inside, no dishwasher and the grill had one temperature, blast furnace hot. But the parking was good, dwhich can be an issue in those units.

Island Club Review

This property is good if you’re just planning to sleep in here overall. The place is run down and outdated. There are a lot of repairs that need to be done to the property itself, I wouldn’t consider this place safe for children one of the rooms has a sinking hole in the bedroom, there are broken cabinets, there are mice in the property. They also don’t provide linens for your stay unless you agree to pay $100 charge. Not to mention there is a strong smell of humidity as soon as you walk in. The place is about a 6 min drive from the downtown area. That was the only perk.

Dirty little house

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was not at all as described, from dirty floors to broken doors. The kitchen area was covered with dead bugs and cob webs in the corners. The kitchen table looked as if it was found at goodwill with crooked legs on the chairs while the refrigerator only had two shelves the 3rd was missing. I had to fix the broken drawers in the kitchen so they were usable. As you entered the living room area the carpet as very worn and not swept, because the sweeper was broke. the bathroom door had been broke but someone tacked the frame back up. One of the closet doors in the bedroom was off track and could not be closed, while beds were jammed into a room that was too small for so many beds.The island was amazing but accommodations were below standard, more of a party house than a vacation house. If you like dirty walls and a place to sleep then this is your place but it is not cheap. Very dissatisfied!

Black Mold Everywhere

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While I enjoyed my trip, this cabin was the worst part. It is quite a ways away from any activities offered on the island but the real issue was the condition of the cabin. Their were holes in the walls, the furniture was extremely beat up, and the black mold. There was so much black mold that every morning every person in the party woke up with sinus issues. It was very evident in both of the bathrooms. The ceilings were covered in black mold. It was so obvious that it had been intentionally overlooked. It was one of the first things I and my group noticed when we got there. For that reason alone I would not recommend this place. Also, not a deal breaker but it was very strange and somewhat rude to not provide sheets for the beds. Sheets have always been a standard in the hospitality industry.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don’t ever expect to much when staying at the island club because realistically you’re just there to sleep. But wasn’t super happy with this property, we walked in and had to clean cobwebs off the light fixtures. The guest bathroom shower didn’t drain. The bedroom with the full and a twin in it smelt like something died in it. I brought a new group up to put in bay who were all first timers so I was pretty upset when they were unhappy with the living situation. The glass sliding door was broke so mayflies were everywhere and there was mold on the master bath shower curtain.

Bring house shoes!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pics are much better than the actual property. It was a safe place to stay even though units on the property were clearly being used as party houses. This house has seen a lot I'm sure! The flooring throughout were gross and in definite need of a deep cleaning. Fridge, toilet, showers, and kitchen surfaces were clean. Had issues with backfiring cart & asked for a replacement but never received it after waiting for nearly 2 hours. Not planning to come back to this property.

House was clean and all they said it would be, the kids loved the pool and the different spots to eat and to look at was so pretty up there didn't want to leave loved being by the water and close to everything, the kids liked the caves and the mini golf definitely would stay here again

Manager was excellent

When we checked in we were in a unit that I would not house a dog in. The manager took us to a second unit that was far better than the first, and we agreed to stay there. Had a problem with the broken light, and handyman fixed it immediately. Staff was great, property way below my expectations. I doubt we would stay there again, and I would not recommend it as a place for my friends. Staff was Great property, barley ok and units are in partyville for the young.

Bachelorette Party

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented out this condo for my bachelorette party weekend. The house was disgusting. The pictures from the website did not match what the house actually looked like. There were bugs everywhere, no lights bulbs in the kitchen, the bathroom plug did not work, plus the sliding glass door was broken. We asked for it to get fixed and the matenice guy came looked at it didn’t do anything to fix it and left his tools on the porch. When he drove by we stopped him and he gave us attitude when all we said was he left his tools there. The did give us a free golf cart but that was it. We would like some sort of refund. On top of all of that my wallet was stolen from the house as well. I’m very very disappointed. I’ve stayed at Island Club sereval times and have never had an experience like that. I’ll never stay again.

It is definitely not what we expected, outside area was littered with beverage cans tossed underneath the deck and cigarette butts everywhere, the furniture was curb worthy at best, broken cabinets and molding throughout the unit! Screen door screen tore and flopping in the wind! We got the impression of a college frat house wore out and partied down. Then what got us the most was how many times they threatened to take your security deposit in the agreement, if money should be refunded it should be to us in full! Old lattes work and cable laying around the place every where. So that about says it for us in this unit! You asked me and I spoke the truth! Michael Cole

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really great special advertised with a free golf cart we jumped on. Very professional staff and very friendly. Lots of mayflies all over the island this time. Wow! A bit much but they are good for the environment and circle of life. You need to bring your own towels and sheets. We would definitely come back and take advantage of this special again. Much less crowded than on the weekends and peaceful.
