Un coin de rue vous met, ainsi que votre groupe, au cœur de l'action. Le patio en brique dispose d'un barbecue au propane et d'un coin salon qui ravira à coup sûr. À l'intérieur, vous trouverez trois chambres et deux salles de bains. Cette location de vacances peut accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes. La cuisine avec salle à manger est livrée avec tous les outils nécessaires pour préparer et servir un délicieux repas. Préparer votre séjour avec de la nourriture sera un excellent moyen de réduire certains coûts de votre voyage avec Put-in-Bay. Un téléviseur à écran plat avec DirecTV et des canapés confortables sont les points forts de la pièce à vivre. Il y a deux portes coulissantes en verre dans le salon qui laissent entrer une abondante lumière naturelle et une sortie agréable sur le patio. Il y a de la place pour deux véhicules dans l'allée en brique.

Location of house was great. The house is not in the heart of the hustle and bustle, but only a golf cart away from things to do downtown or at a beach. Great 4 day get away with the family.

Our neighbors were super noisy but that's not the property's fault. We enjoyed our stay - it was a good location. Not too far from town.

The Island Club Condos are the place to stay when on the island! Central location, close to the Miller Ferry, and downtown. Great energy and vibe by all who stay at this location!

Love the cabins

Love staying in the cabins on the island. It’s always a blast getting to know everyone staying around you. It’s a unique experience and totally worth it.

Nice set up

We chose correctly. The overall set up worked for our group. You really have to pre plan sleeping areas not just look at “sleeps 8” Making sure someone is willing to climb to the top bunk is important. I’d stay there again.

Would recommend

Pretty good place to stay. There was some trash that was left outside by previous renters. And a few doors had some punch holes. Otherwise as pictured.

Great Stay for a Large, Social Group!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A large group of guys and I stayed at Island Club Rentals for a weekend to celebrate a friend's bachelor party. The facilities were, clean, tidy and perfect for our group. The check in process is easy and the amenities like shuttles and pool worked out great!This is definitely not the most family friendly place, but it's an awesome spot for younger groups and super convenient to basically everything.I would highly recommend!

Nice place

Overall very clean, the grill wasn’t cleaned, I called about it and said they would be right there, but never showed up. On their behalf it was raining at the time. We cleaned it ourselves after finding the grill brush. One of the curtain rods in living area was about to fall but it didn’t while we were there, we chose not to use that sliding door, but overall it was clean the most important part of a property.

Don’t try to get help from management.

We arrived on a Fri and realized that one of the patio doors didn’t lock. We contacted the front office 5 times over 2 hours to try and get someone to come look at it. They never came by or contacted us. We had to put the patio furniture and inside furniture against the door to help keep it a little secure for us to leave. We called several times on Saturday and the same, no one to looked at it or contacted us.

Island Club Rental

The staff before we arrived and during our stay were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The kitchen in our unit was clean and well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and nice newer cookware and cooking utensils and a coffee pot. That was much appreciated because we did do some cooking. There were no dish towels or pot holders, however someone from the office brought some over when we requested. The can opener and toaster need to be replaced. The grill should have been cleaned and cigarette can outside emptied. We are non smokers. The furniture was satisfactory and beds comfortable. The unit has a nice washer and dryer. Why is there an extra charge for towels and linens to be provided? The charge seemed excessive. We brought our own but what a hassle. A hairdryer would have been nice to have in the unit. Several light bulbs were burned out in various rooms. There was some damage to walls, oven door, and sliding door handle. We were told the properties were damaged by parting groups. What a shame! We were there during the week and it was quiet and peaceful. The location was good and our family enjoyed our stay.

Family trip

All of our interactions with the property personnel were outstanding, repairs were handled immediately and completely. The property was clean but showing its age and heavy usage. The beds were not placed as shown in the property photos and the living room furniture was very uncomfortable. The area was extremely noisy with many guests roaring around on golf carts using foul and obscene language and actions in front of children. The pool was overcrowded and not a safe place to take a child I would not recommend staying at this property on the weekend. But I would recommend staying here during the week - as I said - the service and staff were terrific.
