The Space:
This property boasts ample accommodations for the entire family! The Trophy Bass House has four full bedrooms and two full bathrooms in the main house. In addition to this, there is a detached converted garage with a spacious apartment located on the top floor. The apartment has sleeping arrangements for seven additional guests, as well as another full bathroom. The game room and outdoor area comes fully equipped with an abundance of seating for everyone, a fantastic four-person hot tub, a fire pit, picnic table. You will never have to leave the property to have fun if you don't want to!

Guest Access:
Guests at this destination home have access to all of the neighborhood amenities, including the marina, restaurant, picnic tables, and pier. There is also a state-of-the-art playground and splash pad less than 10 miles away, conveniently located on the banks of Lake Fork. Come stay and play this summer!
