Bienvenue dans une maison merveilleusement meublée située sur les eaux principales de Lake Fork, l'un des meilleurs lacs de pêche à l'achigan aux États-Unis. Vous apprécierez les beaux arbres et le calme que seul le pays peut apporter. Amenez les toutous aussi. Il y a une grande cour arrière avec une clôture dans laquelle ils peuvent courir. La maison est située à seulement 2 portes d'une rampe de mise à l'eau publique, ce qui vous permet de laisser votre bateau à l'eau et de l'emmener à la maison pour le week-end.

Si vous avez des enfants qui aimeraient pêcher, vous ne voudrez peut-être pas laisser passer l'une des ressources les plus inexploitées de Lake Fork ... CATFISH! Si vous souhaitez organiser une excursion de pêche guidée, que ce soit en chassant l'une des nombreuses basses que Lake Fork peut produire ou en chargeant le bateau avec du poisson-chat ou de la marigane pour un alevin, nous pouvons vous aider à trouver le bon guide. pour l'un des meilleurs voyages que vous pourriez avoir! Pour ceux qui ont le temps de rester quelques jours pendant la saison de chasse, vous ne voudrez pas manquer une bonne chasse au canard ou au chevreuil. Des guides sont disponibles pour ceux-là aussi!

Skeeter et McDonald taux de tournoi sont de 200 $ par nuit pour 2 personnes et 20 $ chaque personne supplémentaire avec un minimum de 4 jours. Si vous essayez de réserver ces jours-ci à des taux réguliers, je vous enverrai la facture correcte.

NOTE: Les niveaux du lac sont excellents et la maison de bateau est opérationnelle!

Great location

This is our third year to stay in this home! It’s perfect for our boat to park in the carport! The ramp is within walking distance! The home is perfect for our needs! The new master bed is really comfortable! Thank you for a great week! Also, appreciate the Wi-Fi and TV options for evenings! See you next year!!!

Over all the place was clean except, there was dog hair on the furniture, ants were all over covered parking and got in my boat. The ceiling is falling from the condensation of the A/C vent. Other then that the place is nice.

Fish didn't cooperate but still a good trip

Location was great, right next to the boat ramp. Boat stayed on the water the whole time in the slip. Flooding shut down the fishing but, everything else was simple and convenient.

Quick fishing trip

We stayed with our 12-year-old son to fish a couple days. The location was perfect for us and the house had everything we needed

Fishing Anniversary Trip

Second year staying here! It’s perfect for our annual fishing trip to celebrate our anniversary! So close to necessary shopping or eating! Thank you for the treats! Only disadvantage is no WIFI since there was some weather warnings.

All about fishing!

Well the back yard is not fully enclosed which is misleading on the listing. It was very clean which is nice. Conveniently located to boat ramp and its own boat dock. I was glad I brought my own fan and coffee maker. The existing coffee maker was definitely lacking. Beds were comfortable we would stay there again purely for the convenience.

fishing trip

great location near boat ramp and boat house was handy for us to keep the boat we rented. No wifi was the biggest issue. That's a must this day in age so we couldn't get television or take care of emails etc.

Enjoyed the stay!

The house was adequate for a fishing weekend. Everything was there that we needed. It is obviously a work in progress and coming along well. Does need more lighting. The boat ramp was close. Dock was usable. We will rent this again. I would reccomend bringing a wifi hotspot.

ECLIPSE

This is the perfect property for an avid bass fisherman. Right next to a boat ramp on Fork Lake. Our goal was not fishing for bass, but rather a solar eclipse and we were rewarded with over four minutes of totality! For our purposes, it was a perfect location. The lack of Wifi available and poor phone signal (usually just one bar) made our stay a little more complicated, but we managed. Landlord was very communicative with us (when we had Wifi). Central air and heat worked excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very dissatisfied

Arrived to find the property hadn’t been cleaned following the previous guests. Urine in the toilets, towels in the tub. No TV of any kind. No WiFi, BBQ grill is a rust bucket. Coffee pot is a terribly small. Boat house lift is inoperable, and even if it did work, it looked unsafe due to extreme rust. Door knob came off of back door. Tried for multiple days leading up to our stay to contact the owner with no response. Finally got ahold of owner after calling multiple times after arrival. Partial refund given due to the condition of the home. Will not stay here again.

Met all our needs

We were pleasantly surprised by the first impression when arriving at this property. The interior was redone with paint, flooring and furniture - (y'all need to put up new photos). The house was very clean and well equipped for your small group. There are still some updates needed in the master bathroom in the form of towel rods (the one that's there is no longer on the wall) but that was a minor issue. The HVAC was super comfortable and we took advantage fo the high-speed Internet and flatscreen TV. The boathouse is a 100yd walk from the back door and was functional for docking and recharging a reneted pontoon boat. The public boat launch is literally right around the corner and was super easy to access. Hats off to Lake Fork Boat Rentals - they provided us with a bass fishing designed pontoon boat that was exactly what we needed. We'll be back.

Perfect for US

Not fancy, but perfect for us! We came to fish and the dock is literally feet from our driveway! Had trouble with fridge bottom not working but they came out and replaced it! Plenty of hot water for both of us to clean up! Perfect carport to back boat into each night! The Wi-Fi password is listed on the box! We WILL be back! Fishing was great! Caught and cleaned over 50 big crappie! The property manager and host were very responsive to our needs! Plenty of great restaurants close by!

It's a place to sleep

Overall I was really disappointed in the accommodations. The house was dirty and a lot of things were broken, like electric outlets that didn't work and lights that didn't work. The beds were very uncomfortable and none of us got a good night of sleep. There was a grill, but no propane or charcoal. I will say that the proximity to the boat ramp and other amenities was convenient. If you're fishing Lake Fork, this is a dry place to sleep, that's about it. I would not recommend this location for a family vacation.

Lake Fork rental review

Internet availability was non-existent!, There was only one local tv channel!! The ceiling near A/C grilles near the dining and kitchen area was disgusting...paint was peeling off and piled on the floor...it looked like mold growing!!! The tv and fireplace area in the living room were covered with spider webs!!!

Weekend away

Property was in a good location. Only complaint is when we arrived there was no remote for the TV. Had to go elsewhere to watch the games. That involved spending extra money on food and drinks. Instead of the food we took to the house to eat and enjoy the game. And the septic system had a terrible smell when toilets were flushed . So that limited time outside relaxing because of the smell., something definitely needs to be done about that…. But overall. It was a nice stay. And I would book it again. Thanks

some fencing had to be fixed for the dogs. tv continously buffered and kicked off the channel. no enternet password available to get on. coffee pot leaked badly while perculating. frig would not cool.

Surprises

We do like the house and property, but there were some quirts. To being with, there was no WIFI, no satilight signal. The picture in the VRBO add showed a TV on a stand with a DVD player and some movies on the selves now the TV is wall mounted and no movies to watch. There is a step down from the kitchen to dinning area, which my wife missed twice. It is not will marked a could cause someone an injury. Both towel racks in the bathrooms, came completely apart when hanging a towel on them. The smoker on the patio could use a couple of new grates. The boat house was functional, but it looked like it was in the process of a rebuild. There was new decking installed, so I would imagine that the table and sinks would be next. Plenty of electrical plug ins, and the boat lift does work. Would my wife and I stay here again? We decided that we would. Knowing what to expect next time we go.

Was expecting a little more for the price

The house was in a great location. It has had a lot of updates. Some things I was a little disappointed with: Was not as clean as I would have expected. Some cobwebs, under the bathroom sinks was nasty (did want to put my things under there), patio furniture had torn cushions and grass from mowing on them, carport had leaves and grass on it. The boat shed was horrible...I had to clean it before I would even put our boat in it. Cobwebs, the lights were covered in dust and webs, animal feces...it looked abandoned. The internet was not on...could not get a cell signal to reach the homeowner...so had to stand in the driveway. When it was on it did not have a good connection and kept buffing over and over. I saw this as a issue with another renter and brought movies from home. There was not enough lighting either. and the ceiling fan/light combo (only light in living and dining area) remote stopped working so we had to bring a floor lamp from a bedroom (the lamp was the only light in the bedroom). It was is a great location and was next to a public boat ramp.
