Lake Fork Water Front with Boat Ramp and Privately Owned Dock
Holiday Village at Lake Fork is the perfect retreat for fishing and family fun! Voted best fishing lake in the U. S. by BASSMaster Magazine. Bring your own boat and enjoy your choice of two community exclusive boat launches and your own private dock. You will not be disappointed with your daily catch! From the house, you can enjoy the unobstructed lake views on the large wrap around deck, sunsets off the private dock or from the private spa. Spa is professionally maintained. The dock is shared with the sister property at 169 Broken Bow Lane. Water levels can be a challenge in the inlets, please be sure to check water levels prior to your arrival. The community also includes a seasonal salt water pool and another public boat launch and dock.
The oversized living room and open kitchen are perfect for entertaining large families and friends. There is table seating for 12 and additional bar seating for 4. Take your pick of streaming channels with three televisions located through-out the house. Good Wi-Fi connection. The washroom comes with a sink and full size washer and a dryer. Additionally, there is an extra freezer and refrigerator to safely freeze and store your daily catch.
The master queen bedroom has a spa like en-suite bathroom, soaking tub and glass shower. Bedroom two is another well appointed queen suite with walk in closet. The third bedroom is set up to be for younger travelers, with a double bed and separate twin bed. The guest bathroom is conveniently located between the two additional bedrooms.
The community clubhouse features a salt water pool, several smaller fishing lakes and park like settings. Guests have access to a golf cart to get around the community. (Please see operating notes). Very family friendly. We are pet friendly with an additional $100 pet cleaning fee. Please be sure to book your pets accordingly. Post stay cleanings for pets will be billed at $200. This property has all the amenities for making beautiful vacation memories.
