GiGi's Jewel is a three story luxury rental home offering pristine views and is equipped with an ELEVATOR and private heated swimming pool! This luxurious, coastal-style retreat of casual warmth and comfort is situated on the highly desirable Colorado arm of Lake LBJ. This beautiful property is located in a new subdivision, Clear Water Harbor, and is nestled in The Legends, a lake-side community located on Lake LBJ in Kingsland, Texas--a short drive from Austin or San Antonio. The Legends Golf Course is a Tom Kite designed, par 72 championship course masterfully designed from 200 acres of farm land with beautiful Texas Hill Country Views.

We had a wonderful Girls Trip at Gigi’s Jewel in Kingsland. The house was beautiful and had everything we could ask for. The pool and view were amazing for laughs and fun right on the lake.

Thoughtfully furnished ad beautifully decorated, Gigi's Jewel has been a lovely family vacation destination. Every detail has been provided from kitchen appliances to bathrooms (2 powder rooms, one by pool and one in living area, 3 en suite baths) to even reading material in each bathroom! The views from the pool area and balcony are spectacular . Jon was immediately available and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were equivalent to a five star hotel, with the privacy of a home and lake front and pool. My adult children and grand children were all able to relax and enjoy the environment for a week. We cooked all but one meal in the spacious kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Everything was spotless. The elevator was a great asset. Kudos to the owner and management alike for sharing this special place.

LBJ Getaway

The place was awesome! The location, views, pool, and accommodations were perfect for me, my two sisters and our husbands. We plan to make this an annual trip and would not hesitate to stay here again. It was fabulous!!

Gigi’s Jewel is a gem!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, well equipped with everything you could need, and what you see in the pictures online is exactly what you get. Location is in a great, safe area. The owner communicated well on directions for operating the elevator and I was thankful as my children probably wouldn’t have used it correctly. The only downside for some might be the neighbors being so close, but we really enjoyed our neighbors and they taught my girls how to fish. Was a great place and we hope to stay there again!

Exceptional Rental Home

This home had so many great features - but by far the location and view were exceptional. The home had great furnishings, comfortable beds and the kitchen was fully stocked with accessories. There was not one thing that we needed that we could not find in the home - not to mention the ease of having an elevator. The Management Team was helpful and prompt - and check in instructions were extremely clear and easy. Cannot say enough great things about this home!

Week long stay

We stayed for a week and had a great experience. It being one of the first rentals for this place it was extremely smooth. Communicate was great. The trailer parking and boat slip is a little confusing so definitely request a diagram. Overall it was a 10/10 and we are looking forward to staying again.

nice location and pool

Booked the unit for Memorial Day weekend. The inside is very nice. It has a modern style, and all of the finishes, flooring, and furniture look new. The pool and patio area are nice. The view of the river/lake is great. The access to the boat ramp and slip is excellent. The listing was not clear that the unit was more of a condominium type of property rather than a "three-story luxury rental home" as listed. It is in a row of four units that are very close together. The balconies, pools, and even windows are right next to the adjacent houses. Such proximity is not necessarily an issue, but is different from the other properties I have rented on Lake LBJ using VRBO. During our stay, the unit on the end of the row, which is also listed on VRBO, was occupied by an individual who claimed to be the owner of it. It was an unfortunate situation for a variety of reasons including the fact that their dog barked incessantly at passing boats and anytime my party moved around in the back yard without any attempt on the part of the owners to quiet the dog. My party had two small dogs (one 10 pounds and one 17 pounds). One of our dogs was small enough to fit through the fence, so we had to keep them leashed any time the neighboring dog was in the backyard. It escaped into the neighbor's yard one time and before we could retrieve it the owner let her 50 pound dog into the yard to chase our dog before berating my wife and stating erroneously that our dog was too small to be staying there.

Scenic Views and Convenient Amenities with Sociable Atmosphere

The property offers amazing views and has everything you need. The elevator was especially handy for moving items upstairs. It's worth noting there are four units closely situated on the lake point, so enjoying your neighbors is important as interaction is inevitable. During our stay, we had a large group celebrating a 21st birthday next door, which made for some noise, but they were generally respectful. On the other side, there was a lovely family with kids who were great neighbors. Overall, it's a fantastic spot, well-maintained, with responsive property managers.

Weekend away from the city

My family, best friend and her kiddo had the perfect getaway at this beautiful home right on the river. Beautiful home, equipped for everything you will need for a weekend away. Pool was perfect for getting in to cool off. Plenty of bathrooms. Beds were comfy and clean. Beautiful views from the balconies. Host was available for any questions that arose on our trip. Will stay again!

Amazing weekend on the lake!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took a last-minute fall break trip with our two teenagers. The house was like brand new and well maintained. The views were breathtaking. I would give this house 6 stars. Property management was very responsive to any needs. We hope to be back!
