Property may sleep up to 10 guest, 6 guest in home 2 in Game Room and 2 additional have the option to sleep in Game Room on inflatable mattress which is provided.

Boats larger than 18 feet long must be kept out of the canal due to canal accessibility. Larger boats can be tied up at boat ramp dock during the day and must be launched and trailered daily. Boats under 18 feet and personal water crafts can be kept at our boat dock throughout your entire stay as long as they tied up tight and kept close to bulkhead so as not to impede canal accessibility for our neighbors.
A start-up supply of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and dish soap will be provided.
