Living Spaces: The open plan villa features a large great room, with a kitchen, dining room, sitting area, and TV room. The entire space opens to the outdoor terrace and the ocean views. The sitting area is a nice spot to settle in for your morning coffee, admiring as the sun emerges from behind the hills of St. Barts. For something a bit cozier, the TV room features a plush sofa in front of a large flat-screen, ideal for movie nights. Kitchen and Dining Room: The modern kitchen at Nita Villa has everything you’ll need to whip up gourmet meals during your stay. On the main level, on either side of the living room is a bedroom, both with queen-sized beds and spacious ensuites. Descending to the lower level reveals the third bedroom, featuring its own private terrace space with an outdoor sofa. Outdoor Features: On Nita Villa’s outdoor terrace, a wicker sofa and set of chairs is the best seat in the house to enjoy the stunning sunsets. Facing out across the water, the views take in Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, and Île Bonhomme, as well as St. Martin and Anguilla in the distance. The large infinity pool is an inviting place to spend your day, hopping in to cool off, then relaxing in the loungers on the terrace to bask in the island sun. Following the steps to the lower level reveals a beautiful lawn on one side, another nice spot to set yourself up for a sunbathing session. Also down here is a gas grill, encouraging you to fry up some fresh fish or a succulent steak for dinner. Lorient Beach is just a short drive downhill, offering soft sand and turquoise waters. Head west for 5 minutes in the car to arrive at St-Jean, with a beach and plenty of restaurant and shopping options. For something more low-key, Marigot Bay Beach is a 5-minute drive to the east.
