Modern 30A is a chic, four-level vacation home located in the quiet community of Blue Mountain Beach on Scenic Highway 30A. Situated in The Crest, a gated neighborhood, visitors will enjoy all the perks and privacy of an Emerald Coast beach vacation. The home boasts an open floor plan, modern appointments, large windows that let in ample natural sunlight, and a rooftop deck. It is only a five-to-six-minute walk to the sugary beach. With five bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 12 guests. Bring your family and friends for a memorable and luxurious paradise getaway!

You will find the main open great room on the third floor. A wall of windows and a sliding glass door face the glittering Gulf waters, ensuring the best beach views during your stay. The glass door opens onto a spacious balcony furnished with a round table and chairs. Bask in the views and coastal breezes while sipping cocktails and hanging out with your fellow beach lovers. Inside, the sunlit living area sits right beside the wall of windows. It includes a white sofa, and two leather armchairs centered around a woven, cream-colored rug. The seating ensemble faces a large flatscreen TV mounted above a handsome wood credenza. The adjacent dining area features a wood table and four contemporary chairs set beneath a unique chandelier. Dark wood floors flow into the open and well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen has gleaming white countertops, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous cabinetry, and a tile backsplash. A breakfast bar with raised wicker chair seating creates a casual dining and hangout spot.

In addition to the main great room, the first floor also has a bonus den with a wall of windows that steam in natural light, illuminating the stylish room. It includes a plush sleeper sofa, two patterned armchairs, and an oversized flatscreen TV. It has a round, glass-topped table surrounded by four white chairs, as well as a wet bar. This is a great spot for hanging out and playing games. Speaking of games, a kids game room is also available providing a fun hangout spot for some friendly competition. Glass doors open onto a breezy porch furnished with lounge seating. A lush green yard completes the laidback coastal ambiance.

Head upstairs to access the rooftop terrace! This floor level is complete with a wet bar, powder room, grill, pergola-covered dining table, and a sun-soaked couch. Enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf, while relaxing in this picture-perfect setting.

The home’s bedrooms are equally luxurious as the rest of the home. The second-floor primary suite is a dream, boasting a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a glass door with balcony access. The elegant ensuite bath includes dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a separate glass-walled shower. Three additional king suites also include TVs and private baths with walk-in showers. The final guest bedroom is situated on the first-floor and includes a cozy queen-size bed.

That isn’t all, though! Modern 30A provides guests with a variety of amenities, including a community pool, hot tub, and a private poolside cabana tucked among palm trees. Visitors can also use the complimentary golf cart to drive to the beach or take a leisurely five-minute stroll to reach those sandy shores. Additionally, there are restaurants, shops, boutiques, galleries, and nature trails nearby and along Scenic 30A. You’ll especially want to grab a delicious ice cream at Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, which is only a short walk from the property.
