Bienvenue à My Blue Haven. Cette maison a été récemment rénovée et offre beaucoup de place pour votre famille avec 2800 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. Blue Mountain Beach est fiÚre de son attitude décontractée et de sa beauté imposante. Selon la légende locale, les premiers marins ont confondu les imposantes dunes de sable de la communauté (recouvertes de fleurs de lupin bleu) avec les montagnes aprÚs de longs mois passés en mer.

Le premier Ă©tage a un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert merveilleux qui offre une transition sans heurt du salon Ă  la cuisine et salle Ă  manger. Le salon offre des siïżœïżœges abondants pour toute la famille avec un 65 "TV. La salle Ă  manger peut accueillir 10 avec 5 tabourets de bar supplĂ©mentaires sur l'Ăźlot de cuisine. Lorsque vous marchez dans My Blue Haven, vous ne pouvez pas vous empĂȘcher de remarquer le bleu scintillant de la piscine situĂ©e juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de votre porte arriĂšre. La piscine arriĂšre offre beaucoup de siĂšges et d'intimitĂ© pour profiter d'un aprĂšs-midi de dĂ©tente avec des amis et la famille.

Lorsque vous entrez dans le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, vous trouverez la chambre des maĂźtres offrant un lit king et salle de bain privĂ©e avec grande douche Ă  l'italienne et baignoire surdimensionnĂ©e avec deux lavabos. Vous avez Ă©galement un grand balcon privĂ© surplombant la piscine et la cour arriĂšre. Le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage offre Ă©galement une deuxiĂšme chambre avec salle de bain privĂ©e qui a Ă©galement un balcon privïżœïżœ. Vous trouverez Ă©galement la laveuse et sĂ©cheuse pleine taille au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage.

Poursuivant sur le troisiĂšme Ă©tage, vous trouverez une autre chambre d'hĂŽtes roi avec salle de bain privĂ©e et douche Ă  l'italienne. La quatriĂšme chambre a deux lits superposĂ©s complets. Il y a une salle de bain complĂšte coulant une baignoire et une douche avec deux lavabos. We had a fantastic stay at this property in 30A! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything while still feeling relaxing and private. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great trip. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Great vacation spot for a family getaway

Great location. The golf cart included was very helpful in hauling things up to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Well stocked kitchen with beautiful appliances. The pool was fabulous. Perfect for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids.

Great vacation home

We enjoyed our short but sweet stay at this beautiful and large home. The kids found it an adventure to climb the 3 flights of stairs and sit on the balconies. We all enjoyed the spacious private pool. The home is nicely furnished and we love this neighborhood, not far from the ice cream shop and great coffee. We hope to visit again.

Great vacation home

The house was very clean when we arrived. The kids loved the pool outside and kept them entertained when not at the beach. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and 5 children. The golf cart was nice to have, although the seats neat to be replaced and there was a lot of rust on it. We showed up and two bikes didn’t have pedals but the bike company was very quick to replace them. We enjoyed having these as well to get to the beach when the golf cart was full.

Great for families

Everything in the house was perfect. The only thing I would recommend to the management property is to add some bigger pots/pans for the nights the family wants to stay in. They are pretty small if you try to feed 8 people.

This home is absolutely beautiful and perfect for families and friends. We had a wonderful time swimming in the pool and cooking in the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with pots and trays and bowls and tools! I can't wait to book again for next year! (Maybe sooner!)

Fall Break 2022

Great rental! Loved the location and the house was lovely. The kids really enjoyed having space to spread out and took advantage of the private pool. The kitchen was very well stocked--we ate in most nights. It was great to be able to fit the entire group at the large island for meals together. We didn't interact with management other than at check-in/check-out since we had no issues during our stay. The app is very easy to use and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Truly a great vacation!

The kitchen is well appointed, the beds are comfortable, the decor is phenomenal... truly a perfect rental. However, if you have trouble with stairs, this might not be the house for you. The older members of our group stayed in the two rooms on the second floor and the younger crowd took the third floor. The golf cart was a lot of fun to take to the beach. This truly is a wonderful rental home and I can't recommend it enough!

Cute place with private pool

The home is beautiful and very spacious for a large family. The beach is about a 10 minute walk so the golf cart was a great addition for transporting all the beach stuff. Our favorite part was the private pool, which was especially nice to have during the uncertainty surrounding Covid-19. Some cons for me: No additional trash bags in the kitchen and no salt and pepper shakers. I feel like these are basics and should be included. I also docked a star for cleanliness because while the property was cleaned prior to our arrival, it’s time for a deep cleaning (windows, dusty blinds, Couch, etc).

The pool was a great bonus and very private since the house sits next to a green space (which has tables and swings and large yard area). The golf cart was a great addition that allowed us to dine and explore different beach accesses without ever using our car. The location is close to all that Blue Mountain has to offer. The manager was very helpful in answering our questions. This house also has a built-in ice machine which was great for filing coolers each day. We would certainly stay again. Thanks for an amazing trip!

The golf cart and bikes were a huge hit with the family and an ideal location for eating out and activities. All the comforts our group could want and even more!! Only 1 complaint which is rare for our group of 11 and that was a water pipe issue in the home. One of the 2nd floor bedrooms had a loud whine whenever water was used in the home. Bothersome for couple sleeping in that room. Overall, as perfect as can be and we will definitely book this home again!

The main level air conditioner didn’t work. We texted the property manager and they were prompt in sending someone over. They had to put in Freon and it worked, temporarily. It happened again the next day. That kinda sucked. Nevertheless, the house is great and we loved our stay. Would highly recommend.

The location was great and having the golf cart was so fun and convenient! Next door to the house is a large grassy fenced in area. It has swings for the kids and chairs for lounging. This was great alternative for the kids to run around. There are local restaurants close to the house and they were all amazing. Anything we needed or wanted to do was within a reasonable commute. The house itself was spectacular! The pool was the perfect size for the kids, and it is completely shaded by 2:00pm every day! I loved that aspect so the kids were not in direct sun all day. However, the deck did continue to have sun for the sunbathers 😬It was very convenient to go back and forth to the beach. We would stay here again!

Blue Mountain Beach did not disappoint

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented homes for the last five years in the 30A area and have always been extremely pleased. This is the only time I feel a need to leave a negative review. We paid $8K for this home for a week and were very disappointed with many of the amenities at this price level. The house was supposed to come with four bikes and upon arrival we only had one. After calling and several hours later we received the other bikes. The garbage disposal was not working at all (this was addressed after calling about it). We were never able to reset the door lock combo and had to try to remember a ridiculously long combo each time we entered the front door. There was an ice maker in the refrigerator/freezer, as well as a stand alone ice maker and neither worked the entire time. We called about this and someone came out to look at them and the stand alone started to work, but would only produce enough ice for maybe two glasses the entire day. We essentially had no ice in the house and with 13 people this was a big problem. The clothes dryer was awful and would take a couple of hours to dry one load. The dishwasher did a poor job of cleaning the dishes and we would have to rewash most items. The hall closet, upon entering the house, is one major mess. It's stacked as high as possible with blankets, pillows, sheets, etc., with no organization whatsoever. When we opened it we couldn't believe what we were seeing. Definitely not something we would expect in a home such as this. Lastly, one of the reason we went with this house was for the golf cart and on Thursday the golf cart died on us and wouldn't take a battery charge. It was picked up by Oversee to be looked at on Friday morning and later returned to us, but then took a full day to recharge before we could use it again. That made getting to the beach challenging on our last day. We loved the Blue Mountain area and the green space next to the house was a wonderful extra bonus, but sadly, My Blue Haven was a disappointment.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location but house was dirty.
