Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to the OBX for 5 years now and this was the nicest house we have stayed in! Clean and well updated. Close proximity to the beach and great pool area when the kids were done in the sand! Great kitchen and well stocked to cook all of our meals at the house. Only reason I didn't give the location 5 stars was with 4 kids under 3 we had to walk in the street to get to the beach access but it was only 1 house over.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing in Corolla for 25+ years. This house ranks low on our list of favorite homes. The furniture is old and uncomfortable especially the living room and mattresses. It is also located near the public beach access which makes the beach very crowded. One of the two advertised dishwashers has broken buttons so it was almost impossible to operate. Our week was discounted due to end of summer rates but it still was not worth the money compared to other homes we have rented in the past.

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived our overall impression of house was good...we were a family of 13 and the house fit our needs. However, when a few of us decided to relax in the hot tub after a long drive we discovered the hot tub was not working. When we reported it we were told a work order had already been submitted prior to our arrival. Very disappointed that we had to discover this on our own rather than a “heads up” (it was not repaired during our week). Day 2 we discover the microwave was not working and that was never repaired during our time there. We were told they were shorthanded with repair people. Day 3 a repairman showed up to check the elevator which we didn’t find anything wrong with🤷‍♀Beach Realty does not do a great job communicating things we should be told. Great job with other info. If you choose to rent this property check to be sure everything is working!

Grandma loved the elevator, pool area was great, kitchen well stocked minus serving spoons and hand towels, close to beach access but public parking near house and lots of foot traffic, hot tub was old , broken and wasn’t fixed, our weekly fee could have bought a new hot tub, management friendly but we were disappointed to arrive and not be able to relax in the advertised hot tub. Bring all your beach accessories, chairs, towels, toys, balls, games because there are none at this house. No baby gate, high chair or cribs. Overall clean except the windows, definitely need cleaning to see out of, unpleasant feel of carpets on top floor, mediocre furniture, great sofa, two ovens and dishwashers were great also, nice outdoor furniture, outside shower basically a spicket. We go to the OBX every summer but probably won’t stay here again although it is overall a very nice house.

It's a quick walk to beach access! The kitchen is very well equipped for family meals. We especially loved the pool. It would be great to see an upgraded hot tub as it is showing its age, but what is there is clean and working. Overall, I would highly recommend.

A small fridge would have been nice. The ice maker on the ground level quit working and was never repaired. A tech showed up and was there 5 minutes tops and said they would have to order a new one. Had a problem with ants on the top floor around the kitchen bar area. After we bought some spray it seemed to clear up. Overall we enjoyed the house and were there for 2 weeks.

Needs serving spoons. Management co could've had more attention to detail Last guests linen was outside our whole vacation despite calling. Areas of house were not clean but that was corrected. Pool speakers did not work nor pool light. Very crowded basement bedroom with minimal storage for 2 people let alone 4. Some peeling paint and mold in 3rd floor bathroom. View was not as good as I had hoped for. It was nice but won't rent it again and will use a different rental co

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Breeze was wonderful! Lots of space and very short walk to the beach almost right across the street. Had everything we needed. Tiki bar and pool were great. It would have been nice to have some pantry space in the kitchen to store food but we were able to make do with counter space and cupboards. Behind the house is public beach access parking which didn't affect us since we went at the beginning of off-season but the beach area may have the potential to get a little crowded in the high season. Great neighborhood for walking and bike riding. Everything was clean and updated. We were hit with a tropical storm at the end of our stay but we felt very safe in the house. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Place!

Kitchen was furnished with all we needed and more-loved the two ice makers! Spacious master bedrooms & baths. So close to the beach, the pool and Tiki hut were phenomenal. Ample room for all 4 families-15 of us from 5 years to 82 years young.

Check in was easy, the listing and pictures were accurate and portrayed the house perfectly. It's spacious, decorated and cared for nicely. The pool and tiki bar can't be beat!! Location in relation to beach access is great, just a short walk. I would recommend the house for anyone looking for a great OBX getaway.
