Family vacation 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome family vacation at Sea Breeze! The location was perfect for our 3 grandchildren due to the short distance to the beach access. It would have been helpful to have had dish towels in the kitchen, but we were able to purchase a couple after our arrival. Overall an awesome experience! Would definitely stay here again!

Great House and Easy Stay

It was across the street from the beach access and very close to shops and restaurants. The house overall was clean and amenities was as described. The keyless entry and responsiveness of the rental company were good. The hot tub wasn't working when we checked in and it took a couple of days to resolve, but it worked out fine.

Awesome House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house had it all! My family of 12 (adults and teens) stayed at Sea Breeze for a week. Pride of ownership shows in this house. They thought of everything...2 full size dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 full size refrigerators, 2 additional ice makers, gazebo area by the pool (with a bar, sink and fan), chairs on every deck...I could go on and on. My only complaint is the bunk room in the basement was very small for the amount of furniture in it. My 17 and 20 year old opted to sleep on the couch. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Great House, Great Vacation!

The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our meals. The house is well kept and very clean. The finishes are beautiful. The outside area around the pool was spacious and the covered cabana provided shade for those wanting to get out of the sun. The home's proximity to the beach access was perfect. This house offered something for everyone (pool, volleyball, pool table). Our teenagers loved the bottom floor. We enjoyed this home so much we have already booked it for next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Tired Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing in Corolla for 25+ years. This house ranks low on our list of favorite homes. The furniture is old and uncomfortable especially the living room and mattresses. It is also located near the public beach access which makes the beach very crowded. One of the two advertised dishwashers has broken buttons so it was almost impossible to operate. Our week was discounted due to end of summer rates but it still was not worth the money compared to other homes we have rented in the past.

June Sea Breeze Review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the experience in the home was positive. We had never been to OBX and were going in pretty blind, but knew Corolla was a great location! From walking the neighborhood, the house itself lacks the curb appeal the other rentals do as there is not landscaping like the rest of the hood. The interiors are up for date and generally appealing. The pool lights were broken when we arrived and never fixed before we left. The audio home speaker system was also broken and never fixed by the time we left. Not that this ruined our trip, just a tad annoying.The location of the home to the beach is perfect!!! And the elevator was key for getting groceries and heavy suitcases to 2nd and 3rd floors.

Very Nice House and location

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great layout for bedrooms for multigenerational vacationers. Grandma loved the elevator, pool area was great, kitchen well stocked minus serving spoons and hand towels, close to beach access but public parking near house and lots of foot traffic, hot tub was old , broken and wasn’t fixed, our weekly fee could have bought a new hot tub, management friendly but we were disappointed to arrive and not be able to relax in the advertised hot tub. Bring all your beach accessories, chairs, towels, toys, balls, games because there are none at this house. No baby gate, high chair or cribs. Overall clean except the windows, definitely need cleaning to see out of, unpleasant feel of carpets on top floor, mediocre furniture, great sofa, two ovens and dishwashers were great also, nice outdoor furniture, outside shower basically a spicket. We go to the OBX every summer but probably won’t stay here again although it is overall a very nice house.

Great Location and

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to the OBX for 5 years now and this was the nicest house we have stayed in! Clean and well updated. Close proximity to the beach and great pool area when the kids were done in the sand! Great kitchen and well stocked to cook all of our meals at the house. Only reason I didn't give the location 5 stars was with 4 kids under 3 we had to walk in the street to get to the beach access but it was only 1 house over.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived our overall impression of house was good...we were a family of 13 and the house fit our needs. However, when a few of us decided to relax in the hot tub after a long drive we discovered the hot tub was not working. When we reported it we were told a work order had already been submitted prior to our arrival. Very disappointed that we had to discover this on our own rather than a “heads up” (it was not repaired during our week). Day 2 we discover the microwave was not working and that was never repaired during our time there. We were told they were shorthanded with repair people. Day 3 a repairman showed up to check the elevator which we didn’t find anything wrong with🤷‍♀️Beach Realty does not do a great job communicating things we should be told. Great job with other info. If you choose to rent this property check to be sure everything is working!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would never rent this property again--the owners had too many closets reserved for themselves--2 on each of the 3 levels and the kitchen pantry which is needed for guest use was also locked. Also, the Tiki wet bar area by the pool was filthy--the area between the house and the pool fence needing cleaning

Nice Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice home. We were a little disappointed that the Tiki Bar was not of much use as it was dirty and only had a sink. A small fridge would have been nice. The ice maker on the ground level quit working and was never repaired. A tech showed up and was there 5 minutes tops and said they would have to order a new one. Had a problem with ants on the top floor around the kitchen bar area. After we bought some spray it seemed to clear up. Overall we enjoyed the house and were there for 2 weeks.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous time and the house was nice. Needs better knives. Needs serving spoons. Management co could've had more attention to detail Last guests linen was outside our whole vacation despite calling. Areas of house were not clean but that was corrected. Pool speakers did not work nor pool light. Very crowded basement bedroom with minimal storage for 2 people let alone 4. Some peeling paint and mold in 3rd floor bathroom. View was not as good as I had hoped for. It was nice but won't rent it again and will use a different rental co

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Breeze was wonderful! Lots of space and very short walk to the beach almost right across the street. Had everything we needed. Tiki bar and pool were great. It would have been nice to have some pantry space in the kitchen to store food but we were able to make do with counter space and cupboards. Behind the house is public beach access parking which didn't affect us since we went at the beginning of off-season but the beach area may have the potential to get a little crowded in the high season. Great neighborhood for walking and bike riding. Everything was clean and updated. We were hit with a tropical storm at the end of our stay but we felt very safe in the house. Would definitely recommend!
