Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, you can take a leisurely stroll to the Cheshiahud Lake Union Loop Trail. Explore the rich history and breathtaking cityscape while enjoying a myriad of lakeside restaurants with stunning views. Steps from 45th shops, coffee, restaurants, Gas Works park & easy access to public transportation, UW & downtown.
This home is split into two units and this is the upper level only. The unit is two levels, containing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, front yard and is about 1200 sqft. Laundry is shared. Backyard belongs to the lower level guests.
**Floor Plan**
âą Main Floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, access to outdoor patio and shared laundry room on the lower level, heating and portable AC
âą Second Floor: Finished attic, extra spaces for activities, no heating or cooling
âą Basement: common laundry room shared with guests in the lower level

âą Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, coffee & tea for all your cooking needs.
âą All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses and linens.
âą Plenty of parking on the driveway with electric charging available. There is also plenty of free street parking spots.
**About the Reservation**
âą In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
âą We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
âą For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

âą Please note that this home is split into two units for rent; the two units share separate entrance. Laundry is shared. Backyard belongs to the lower level guests.
âą Driveway is shared for parking with lower level guests. But there are also plenty of street parking spots available.

âą We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterdayâs pricing.
âą Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
âą This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
âą Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
