*The apartment is on the ground level of a commercial building. Guests can expect to hear a reasonable amount of activity during business hours from the commercial spaces above the apartment.

*The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning.

*There are adjustable baseboard heaters in the bedrooms and living room.

*The second bedroom does not have a window.

*The first bedroom has a dresser, wardrobe rack and hangers , but no actual closet. The second bedroom has a small closet.

The host resides locally and is available from 7am - 10pm to assist guests.

Enter the apartment on the ground level from the sidewalk along the main street. The assigned/designated parking space is ADA accessible and is located near the building. There are no curbs or steps as you make your way to the apartment.

The open concept living and dining area has large windows for plenty of natural light.

The first bedroom is spacious and bright with lots of windows. It has a king size bed and a TV with Roku device for streaming. This room also has a workspace set up with a desk and office style chair.

The second bedroom is of average size, with adequate space around the queen size bed, and a small closet to unpack. Please note that this room does not have a window.

The kitchenette offers a functional layout with adequate counter space, fully stocked cabinets and drawers, a full size sink, microwave, toaster, 2 burner hotplate, a compact refrigerator/freezer, and a coffee bar with drip coffee maker, a coffee grinder and electric kettle.
