Sunrise Haven is located in the midst of the High Country, only two miles from Hawks Nest Snow Tubing and Zip Lines Resort, half a mile from Otter Falls, Otter Falls Trail, and Black Bear Family Park, which has a playground, pickleball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and a covered picnic area right outside the door. The Blue Ridge Conservancy land is within walking distance, with a 3.1-mile round-trip hike to Peak Mountain, where you can experience incredible views of Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain, and Banner Elk.

This is an upscale mountain cabin with tasteful and comfortable decor throughout. The main level features an open-concept floor plan, with a sunrise mountain view from the wall of windows. Guests can enjoy a large, flat-screen TV and stone wood-burning fireplace in the main level living room adjacent to the open kitchen and dining area. The expansive deck provides a comfy setting to take in the sweeping Blue Ridge Mountains, with outdoor dining and a gas grill.

Plenty of space exists for multiple or generational families with two master bedrooms with king beds on the main floor. In one master bedroom, guests will enjoy the private and peaceful sunroom with a wall of windows looking over the long-range views with stunning sunrises. This room shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with a charming queen bedroom. The other king bedroom boasts a private ensuite bathroom and sliding glass doors leading out onto the deck.

A family room on the lower level offers game tables, an electronic dart board, a TV, and a deck with plenty of space to enjoy outside games. There is also a custom wood bar with stools and a hot tub to enjoy with a backdrop of mountain views.

Seven Devils sits at an excellent elevation for views and cool mountain air. During inclement weather, winter travelers should prepare for snow with 4-wheel or AWD and tire chains. There is a Ring Camera at the front door to the property. Please note that this property is not pet-friendly.
