Welcome to Maynard V at Elk River, an exquisite four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom residence that embodies the epitome of luxury and comfort. This stunning new construction offers a seamless blend of modern design and thoughtful amenities, making it a dream home for those who appreciate the finer things in life.
Upon entering the main level, you are greeted by an inviting living room featuring a water vapor fireplace and a large TV with DirecTV channels. The high-end kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting Zline appliances, two dishwashers, Keurig and Nespresso machines, a spacious porcelain island, a gas range with bar seating for five, and a dining table for seven. The attention to detail is evident throughout.
The primary king ensuite on the main level is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a tiled shower, a luxurious tub, a porcelain vanity, a walk-in closet, and a dedicated TV for added convenience and entertainment. The upper level offers two bedrooms that share a full bath in the hallway. The king bedroom impresses with a walk-in closet and a personal TV, while the bunk room is a custom-designed haven with two twin XL over queen bunks.
Venture to the lower level, where a king suite awaits, complete with a comfortable sectional and another TV. The attached bathroom features a tastefully tiled shower.
Guests enjoy the convenience of garage access, adding an extra layer of luxury to their stay. The main level extends its allure outdoors with a deck that provides a perfect setting for entertaining, featuring dining for eight, an additional TV, and sweeping mountain views.
This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
All homes in the High Country require AWD/4WD and/or chains in times of snow or ice. The road to Maynard V is paved for ease of access.
There is a community firepit near the river less than a quarter of a mile from the home. Please inquire with our team if you wish to purchase wood for this firepit.
Additional Notes:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
