Bienvenue à Elderberry Escape

Elderberry Escape est une propriété fantastique avec une vue magnifique, un accès facile et une courte promenade de la ville. Il est situé sur un grand terrain au moment où vous entrez dans la ville de Beech Mountain et donne sur le Grandfather Mountain et le Sugar Mountain, et au nord sur le Tennessee et la Virginie.

Il est situé sur le côté Banner Elk de la ville et offre ainsi la commodité d'être proche de tout ce que Beech Mountain et Banner Elk ont à offrir. La ville de Beech Mountain est à moins de deux minutes, les pistes sont à moins de 5 minutes sur la route principale et le centre-ville de Banner Elk est à environ 8 minutes.

La maison elle-même est une évasion relaxante et confortable. Il y a une vue magnifique sur le mur des fenêtres dans le salon principal, les salles à manger, la chambre principale et même la cuisine. Le salon a des bûches à gaz et des sièges en peluche avec une grande télévision à écran plat monté au-dessus de la cheminée. Il y a 6 places assises à la table principale, 4 places supplémentaires à la table du petit-déjeuner et 4 autres au bar de la cuisine.

Il y a des terrasses spacieuses avec 6 chaises de style Adirondack sur le balcon, une table pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, une table et 4 chaises sur le patio au niveau inférieur, ainsi qu'un nouveau bain à remous ajouté en 2017. Les meubles de pont ajoutés après la prise de photos.

Great stay. The view is unbeatable! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glasses and everything else you need. The only thing was that the Hot tub jets don’t all work well. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced soon, as it was not comfortable. Otherwise, this was the perfect place for our large family to stay when attending my son’s wedding down the road.

We had a fantastic family trip. The views were spectacular. It was easy to get to other locations to eat, hike and shopping etc. The house was clean and spacious for a large family. Everything was in order except the remotes were in wrong room and we had to buy batteries. The kitchen toaster is not working. The carpet at the front door is curling up and could cause a trip or fall. We are looking forward to come back with our family again.

Saving this property and will absolutely visit again! The layout of the home is excellent for a group of friends. The location is perfect as it’s close to Fred’s Mercantile and Brick Oven Pizza. Very thankful to have the driveway plowed during heavy snow. The house was well equipped with all of the necessities with a bonus of a pool table for indoor fun. The hot tub was also a nice touch after a long day of skiing. Check in was incredibly simple. Overall, one of our favorite VRBOs at Beech!

The rental company is fantastic to work with, and the location and layout of this home are an absolute dream. We’ve stayed here several times and plan to continue—especially because you wake up each morning to half a dozen deer frolicking in the backyard while you sip your coffee. Access to Beech Mountain is quick and convenient, and the sledding hill is right across the street.The downside is the home’s décor. It has clearly seen a lot of wear from past renters, which is disappointing. Not only is the décor unattractive, but it’s no longer particularly comfortable. That said, the positives still outweigh this one drawback for us.

When we arrived there was no heat. I contacted the host and also called the phone number provided. Heat wasn’t fixed until the next day. There were space heaters that we were able to put in bedrooms with closed doors so were able to sleep fairly well. The house was big enough for our family of 10. Cleanliness was fine. Hot tub was good. Some issues that need fixing: ceiling light in living room didn’t work; master bedroom door didn’t close tight; rung on ladder of bunk bed was broken and a screw was sticking out so we couldn’t use the top bunk; loop ceiling fans downstairs didn’t work; bathroom pocket door downstairs is broken; had trouble finding electrical outlets that work upstairs. Overall, it was a good place to stay with a beautiful view.

Magnificent Views and Easy Access is Accurate

The house worked great for a snowboard trip and had beautiful views. Basement area was great for teenagers and adults woke up to beautiful sunrises upstairs.

Summer getaway

We stayed for a week in July & it was the best escape from the Carolina heat. We absolutely loved the house!! Fit all 10 of us perfectly. The house was clean, had a well stocked kitchen & the views were absolutely amazing!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful family vacation!!!

Beautiful view from a spacious home

Very nice property. Plenty of room for a large family or group of friends. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub especially. A group with younger children can use the provided sleds in the nearby park with a sledding hill.

Elderberry Escape was absolutely amazing 🌟🌟🥰. The pictures do not the home justice it is beautiful!! We had 11 adults and we we all comfortable the kitchen was well stocked. The fire pit was a definite plus. We are already planning our next trip!!

Great stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Plenty of room and space for everyone and the house had everything we needed. There were a few burned out light bulbs, but no big deal. We were very happy with this house! Skiing Beech Mountain, customer service, long lines, road maintenance is a completely different issue!

Breathtaking

The listing describes the place perfectly!!! Beautiful, spacious cabin, breathtaking views, and a large, well-maintained hot tub! The place was perfect to host my boyfriends 40th with all of our grown children and their significants!! All the rooms were large. There was plenty of room to accommodate us all and more if needed!! Absolutely loved it!!!

Beautiful view

Started off with us being considered about the heating downstairs when the temperature wete going to be in the liw 20's or teens. After contacting Carolina Cabin Rentals, they were rigjt on the problem and got the issue fixed. After thst could not ask foe a better plsce to stay. Close to the ski resort, free public sled riding park in walking distance. The had plenty of sleds for the kids. Can't say enough about the view. Got snow on Thanksgiving Day and Friday morning woke up to the most beautiful view. Wish i could share pictures. I would definitely stay there again.

Elderberry (Family) Escape

The property was nice. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors (especially the kitchen), the pile of recycle trash in garage w/ roaches running around it, the hot tub cover was filthy with piles of bricks on top of it, the water was cloudy and uninviting for use, and the grill was gross. Other than those few health concerns the house was very accommodating for my 86 year old mother and her five 60+ year old children. We saw deer in the back yard.

Thank you so much for sharing. Guest feedback is critical in providing the very best vacation rental experience. Please know that the home is on a contracted service with a local pest control company. Upon seeing your review the pest control service was contacted and a service was completed . No roaches were discovered but the home was serviced regardless. We are sorry that the hot tub cover may have been difficult to remove. The bricks were placed on the tub to prevent it from blowing off. Please know that every hot tub is serviced between each rental. In looking at the inspection reports done prior to your arrival, the hot tub was cleaned and balanced. Its our fondest hope that you will visit us again in the very near future.

Mountain getaway

It was overall lovely. Great location with easy access to ski slopes. We loved the view, the fireplace and the hot tub. We were informed the day before our stay that the washing machine and the dish washer were not working. We were given a small refund for those missing amenities. The property was pretty clean, but they definitely missed some vacuuming in the living room in front of the couch. We were not able to log into our Netflix account from the TV, and channels were limited.
