This condo is just a 3-minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of Charlie Young, Kam I, II & III. Located within walking distance of great shopping, restaurants, and nightlife experiences, nothing is too far from Maui Vista!
Golf at the famous Wailea golf course, which is less than 10 minutes away. Adventure out to the ocean by walking to Kihei Boat Landing or driving 15 minutes to Maalaea Harbor to catch a boat! From there you enjoy snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching, and even a relaxing sunset cruise. A short walk to The Cove, where you can rent surfboards, get surfing lessons, and even paddle boarding lessons. Stock up on groceries or shop for souvenirs at the Kalama Village. The following restaurants are within walking distance; Kihei Cafe, Ohana Seafood Bar & Grill, Threes Bar & Grill, Lava Java Coffee Roasters, Paia Fish Market, Fat Daddy’s Smokehouse, Kianole Grill Food Trucks, ABC Variety Store (deli/takeout), Maui Thai Bistro, Coconut’s Fish Cafe, 808 Deli, and Kihei Food Truck Park. There are endless possibilities for island fun at Maui Vista.
This place is not pet friendly and doesn’t allow smoking.
Maui Vista offers 3 swimming pools (One at each Building), 4 tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts and 3 BBQ area with outside dining area.
Announcement: Maui Vista - Courts 3 & 4 resurfacing 11/25 thru 11/27
Please be aware that Tennis Court 3 and Tennis/Pickleball Court 4, located closest to Building 2, will be closed for resurfacing from Monday, November 25, 2024, through Wednesday, November 27, 2024. This upgrade, handled by All Court of Hawaii, is designed to enhance the courts' appearance and playability for future use.
During this time, the other four courts near Buildings 1 and 3 will remain open with no changes to their availability:
-Tennis: 8:00 AM to dusk
-Pickleball: 9:00 AM to dusk
1 Free parking on site (Second vehicles pay a small fee to register).
The property management company requires a $300 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on the card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. Please refer to our legal agreement for more details, which should be signed within 24 hours upon booking. We do not typically allow early or late check-ins, if requested and approved 3 days before arrival or departure, we do charge $40/hr. Our standard check-out time is 11AM and check-in time is 4 PM. In the event that the guest did not arrange a late checkout and they did not depart the property on the date of departure, at the checkout time, the guest will be charged a penalty fee. 15 minutes after check-out time guest will sustain a $250 fee, 30 minutes after check-out time is a $500 fee, and 45 minutes or more $1,000.
Also please note that we do not allow any Check-ins/Check-outs on major holidays such as (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)

Guests are responsible for any additional supplies during their stay.
