Maui Sonshine: profitez du soleil!

Bonjour et bienvenue à Maui. Nous sommes là pour vous aider à rendre votre séjour à Maui le meilleur. Ce condo non-fumeur a été entièrement rénové. Toutes les nouvelles fenêtres, portes coulissantes et cadres. Tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Nouveau climatiseur de 18 000 Btu. Ce condo est dans la famille depuis 1981. Nous avons essayé d'inclure tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour être à l'aise. Ma sœur Terri nettoie le condo et a la réputation d'être la meilleure. Elle nettoie à Maui Vista depuis sa construction en 1980. Tout est propre et en ordre. Draps, serviettes, nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse, nouveau lave-vaisselle Bosch silencieux. Nouveau poêle et four en acier inoxydable, nouveau réfrigérateur Bosch en acier inoxydable. La cuisine est bien équipée. Climatiseur, ventilateurs de plafond et Internet haute vitesse. Plus un téléphone numérique qui vous permet de faire des appels interurbains illimités partout aux États-Unis et au Canada.

Maui Vista compte 3 bâtiments. Notre condo est dans le bâtiment avant face à l'océan au rez-de-chaussée au milieu du bâtiment. La plage de Charley Young est juste de l'autre côté de la rue. Nous sommes à quelques pas de «The Cove» où vous pouvez louer des planches de surf ou de paddle et du matériel de plongée et vous pouvez prendre des leçons de surf sur place. Le «Maui MarketPlace» est à un pâté de maisons de The Cove, où vous pourrez manger de la nourriture locale et acheter de l'artisanat local. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits pour manger et faire du shopping à distance de marche du condo. Le Maui Vista Resort est situé au cœur de Kihei et est entouré de plages de sable. Idéal pour les petits enfants. Maui Vista Resort possède l'une des trois piscines juste en face de notre condo, des barbecues et des courts de tennis sont juste à l'arrière du condo. Ceci est une copropriété populaire. L'aménagement paysager est magnifique. Nous sommes proches de Wailea et Maui est l'endroit où il faut être si vous jouez au golf, au surf, à la planche à voile, au poisson ou à la plongée. Mahalo et profitez. Greg Jones

Maui in March

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and well situated. We could walk to most places when we needed something. The condo was cozy and we had everything we needed. I think the only thing my hubby had a problem with was one frying pan I think maybe at some point someone overheated it and it bowed in the middle. Enjoyed the patio for coffee and got to listen to some gentleman whistle each morning and trust me he could carry a tune. There was excellent communication with property owner and check in was a breeze. The only thing I would suggest for improvement for the complex would be to lighten the pickleball lines on the courts they were hard to see. The grounds were well maintained and everything looked really nice and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Greg showed excellent communication from the start with prompt replies and lots of suggestions on things to do. The beach was a short stroll away where I was able to enjoy the sunset on provided beach chairs, towels, and cooler! The amenities available were unbeatable! Condo was clean, well decorated with AC units and fully stocked kitchen, bed, bath (and beyond!)

Awesome Condo!

Great week in Maui! This location is perfect small cross of the street to the beach! We used the chairs and cooler provided. AC in the bedroom was awesome and the entire apartment was comfy. Special location for walking, we didn’t rent a car until the last two days. Highly recommend this property!

Great condo in a great location

My husband and I loved the condo! Greg left a welcome package in the kitchen, and many amenities to use to make the stay easier so we didn't have to buy everything like sunscreen, towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, etc. The condo was extremely clean, and we loved the decorations! It was our first time in Maui, and we tried a few different beaches, but the one right across the street (Charley Young) was our favorite - beautiful, relaxing, and calm waters. The condo is very close to local shops and food trucks, so you don't have to wander far. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Place to stay

Your condo was great. The only improvements I would request was better lighting in the bathroom and the step up into the kitchen caught me off guard a few times and I stubbed my toes! Otherwise it was perfect.

Excellent location

The condo was right across the street from Kamole Beach 3. It was very well stocked with everything that we needed for cooking and the beach (towels, cooler, etc.). We only had 2 complaints - we had to go purchase more toilet paper and hand soap for the bathroom for our 2 week stay and the road noise when we sat on the lanai - we never heard noise inside of the unit. The pool was small, but nice and clean.

Perfect location

A condo that feels like it belongs to someone who actually uses it and lives there some of the time. It is well equipped, perfect location -- probably our favourite swimming beach on the island and easy going, responsive host. Food and good coffee nearby, turtles at both end of CY beach. Never got to the tennis court but its in great shape. Will absolutely return.

Loved this condo!

We spent at month+ at Gregs' condo. It is such a great location and such a wonderfully clean and well kept condo complex. Grounds and pool are kept so clean and tidy. Security staff helpful and polite. These guys practice "Aloha" Greg you were so accommodating to us. We can't thank you enough for your hospitality. The condo was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Hope to visit again in the future. Mahalo

Clean, well stocked, and great location

Right from booking this condo, to checking out after our three week vacation was fantastic place to stay! Greg the manager was very helpful with any communication we had with him. Condo was nicely decorated with all up to date appliances, and very well stocked with everything we needed. I hope in the future we are able to rent again. Thanks so much for everything Greg.

We rented from Greg for our 2 week stay. We Absolutely loved the condo. It is so clean and comfortable, had everything a person could want. Location is great! Would love to stay there when we come back next year!!

Amazing Condo!

We had an excellent stay in our condo in Kihei! The condo was very clean and had a nice Hawaii feeling to it.The appliances were newer and looked a lot more up to date than quite a few condo’s .I would highly recommend this condo as Greg was great to communicate with!

Great Stay at a Fantastic Property

We had a great 2+ week stay at Greg's property. The Maui Vista is in a fantastic location along S Kihei Road - relative to Charley Young Beach, Kalama Park, groceries and dining. This condo is probably one of the best locations in the complex (in our opinion) - close to the pool, close to the road, close to parking, close to barbeques, close to garbage room (but not too close) with a large ground floor lanai. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. Greg was very responsive to any requests that we had - we had a couple of questions when we first arrived - and made sure that we were taken care of. Thank you Greg.

Awesome stay at a Awesome condo!!

Really enjoyed our stay at unit 1111 at Maui Vista. The condo was really clean and tidy and had awesome updates in the kitchen, living area, and bathroom which really made it stand out compared to the average units at this complex. It also had great access to the beach across the street and the community pool was only steps away from the ground floor patio. The complex is centrally located in Kihei with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance which was really convenient. If you're looking for a really comfortable condo in a great location I would highly recommend staying in this unit!!

This is our 2nd time staying in condo 1111 on the main floor. The condo has been updated since our first stay, with stainless steel appliances, different furniture in the living room with added comfy chair and foot stool. The condo has everything you need and more, even has a coffee grinder! This condo is the cleanest condo we stayed in to date! Perfect location on the ground floor and we didn't need to use the air conditioner with the breeze from the windows and the ceiling fans were all that were needed. Charlie Young Beach is right across the street. The condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for the beach, including umbrella. (read a previous review stating there was no umbrella). Great location for the barbeque just steps away from the door and pool is steps away from the lanai. Fantastic restaurants close by, we tried Fred's (Mexican) down the street and food was great and the portions were huge! Safeway has the least expensive coconut cream pie and very yummy! The owner was very accommodating with any questions we had. My husband and I would like to Thank You for making our holiday a positive memorable stay in your condo. Maui Vista Resort is centrally located in sunny Kihei directly across the street from very popular Charley Young beach. It's a beautifully landscaped property with all the amenities you'll need right on the property; Pools, BBQ's, Tennis courts and Free Parking.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Well, my condo is a little different. It's fun! Just walk out the lanai, across the street to the beach. The pool is right out the door and across the grass, but you will still enjoy your privacy and quiet with the new double pane windows and 18,000 BTU AC in the living room and a portable 6000 BTU AC in the bedroom. We're on the bottom floor so you don't have to take an elevator or stairs to get to your unit and conveniently located to nearby pools, BBQ's and tennis courts.
