A lovely little spot, wonderful location and amenities, Definitely has a few quirks, but to be expected for the building age/location. Sufficiently equipped kitchen to make a few meals, really appreciated having the powder room and laundry as well. Host was very helpful upon arrival getting us oriented and giving recommendations. Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay here immensely.

Super convenient and cute neighborhood location. We are vegan and there were 2 great vegan restaurants right next door. Also an outstanding coffee shop right out front of our flat. The property was neat and clean. We loved everything about our stay

Enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, about a 10 min walk from 2 tube stations and close to SOHO. The upstairs bathroom was leaking in to the lower bathroom but the owners were working on getting it fixed.There was a heat wave in London during our stay and John bought us a couple of fans.I would stay here again!

Great apartment! Lots of space and amenities (i.e. washer and dryer) to make the stay comfortable. The bathrooms were a little rundown, but was clean overall. Hosts were easy to work with and communicative!

We stayed for 2 weeks. The location is incredible. The bed was okay. James response time was great. Our major issue was with the shower. It was like I was on an ship showing so uncomfortable with water pressure that would then spray water all over the bathroom. In the closet you could the old shower door that had broken and not been replaced.

Excellent location! We (2 adults, one teen) loved staying in this flat. The location was fabulous, a 7 minute walk to Oxford circus station with lots and lots of restaurants literally steps outside the flat. The flat was clean, welcoming and very spacious. We appreciated that it had a washer and dryer, super helpful. The beds were comfortable and the pull out couch worked well for our teenager. While the flat worked very well for us, and we would love to stay there again, I would not recommend it for someone with mobility issues. The stairs to the bedroom were steep and the bathroom has some steps in it as well. It’s super quirky and we loved it but wanted to provide a warning for someone who might not be able to do stairs. Great place! We loved our stay in London and can’t wait to return for another visit.

Great location. Close to restaurants, grocery store, the tube, and shopping. The location is less touristy and more local, which is my personal preference. The host/host representative was very responsive. The place certainly shows better in photos than in person. If you have mobility issues, this would not be the place for you. Lots of stairs. Stairs to the unit. Stairs to the bedroom. Even more stairs to get to the toilet and shower once you are upstairs in the bedroom. Overall good. I would stay there again.

Our family of four (2 adults, 15 yr old, 11 yr old) had a great 1.5 week stay. Many things were within walking distance and we saw so much of London, after quick walks to Underground stations. The half bath on the main level was a huge help and the kitchen had everything we needed. The sleeper sofa worked well for the kids and the upstairs bedroom was very spacious. It was a nice place to return to after a long day of exploring.

Great place to spend a week in London! So quiet, and included everything we could need. Clean and modern. I’m The bed was comfy and we got great sleeps. Steep steps up to the second level and a somewhat unconventional bathroom, but all good! Lovely neighborhood full of wonderful coffee places, pubs and restaurants.

This was a great flat in a fantastic location. My husband, teenager and I stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were great too. We would here again!

Awesome place in an excellent location!

If you're looking to stay in London with family, this place is the perfect place to do it. Next to cute restaurants and near tube stops, this place is perfect for both enjoying local scenery and taking in all of London. James was also so nice and communicative, always responding in a timely fashion to questions we asked. 10/10 would stay again.

We loved this flat, and the host was extremely helpful. It's in a cute area with many things nearby. My husband and I stayed with our 8 year old. Having 1.5 bathrooms was great, as was having both a washer and dryer. The shower in the master bath is a little awkward, but that's to be expected in this style flat/ older building. We never heard any sounds from neighbors. Our child slept on the couch that folds into a bed, it was comfortable enough for him. There aren't curtains to block the many windows in the main living area though, so he was awake as soon as the sun came up.Kitchen was well equipped and everything worked as expected. We would definitely stay again!

Great location to Enjoy London

We had a great stay and they were very flexible. We had a very early flight and we were able to check in and meet the property manager in the late morning. Communication was great and the unit worked well for our family of 4. We would definitely stay again! Thanks
