Communication with the owner was very good and very prompt. Laundry facilities (washer/dryer in one machine - a new one for me!) was excellent. Location is wonderful. Could use some softer lighting; I could not figure out how to turn on the dimmer kitchen lighting and the exhaust hood over the cooktop so felt I might activate the smoke alarm when cooking but I didn’t. For some unknown reason, Über in London does not actually pick up or drop off at your exact address; you have to do some walking at the beginning or end of your journey which can be tiresome at night or in the rain!

Great place to stay when exploring London

This was our first visit to London and this flat was the perfect place to stay. It’s very close to the Notting Hill Gate tube station and once we figure out how to use the TfL Go app it was easy to get any where in the city in no time. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had just what we needed. Great communication from the host who is very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone unsure of where to stay in London.

Excellent and safe location

Great location for getting around London. Circle Line train got us into city center is close by. We were 2 women and felt safe and secure in the area. Only caveat about flat is the hot water is VERY, VERY HOT!!! Comfortable beds. Very clean. Would book this flat again!

Amazing location

The location was fabulous - we could visit Portobello markets, visit Holland park, enjoy the Brand museum and the many different food offerings (including the amazing market at the primary school. The apartment itself was just what we needed - plenty of room to spread out, good beds, and well stocked kitchen.

Excellent location, close to tube and buses, supermarkets and restaurants - you really can't beat it. Very comfortable space, with room to spread out for a whole week stay - two couches was great. TV kept playing up, but we simply turned it off and on again, that fixed it easily. Great modern kitchen, with coffee and tea, lots of utensils etc. Washing machine/dryer was super handy. Spacious bathrooms with lovely hot water and water pressure. Rob was very responsive to our messages. We can highly recommend this stay.Two small additional feedback/info points:- the apartment is built directly above the tube line, so you can hear a very slight rumble and feel a very slight vibration every few minutes, between 5am-11pm. This is particularly noticable if you're sleeping on the fold-out bed on the floor but not really at all when sleeping in the bedrooms.- the single fold-out sofa was not particularly comfortable or long, it is really only suitable for 10yrs kids or for one night as an adult. There was lots of spare bedding though, so we were able to layer it up to make it more comfy.We had a great time in this Stay and can highly recommend this property... it was one of the best apartments that we stayed in for our trip.

Great location, Well Equipped

This modern home offers quick access to the tube, as well as Notting Hill, the Portobello Street Market, groceries and restaurants. En suite bathroom is spacious, main bed was comfy, living room furniture was good, kitchen was well equipped. We arrived on a warm week so we’re thrilled to find two large fans as well as ceiling ventilation. Kitchen was terrific, and the large island came in handy. The only warning I’d offer is that the internet came and went a lot, which didn’t matter much to us, but could to someone trying to work. Overall, a great home base for exploring! Very nice host, too.

Perfect location

We loved the location! We had been traveling for almost 3 weeks in Italy and stopped for 4 days in London to meet up with our grandson who is studying abroad. He was able to stay with us and had his own space. It felt good to relax in this comfortable location. Rob was very kind to let us drop our luggage and check in early as the cleaning has been done. He also let us leave our luggage until our taxi picked us up later in the day for our flight. We were able to take one last stroll to Kensington Gardens and have lunch. I would highly recommend this place!

Fabulously close to Notting Hill Gate station and walking distance to Granger & Co. What more could you ask for? Rob was most accommodating with a couple of our requests - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Location: I spent weeks reviewing possible locations and was told the real thing to do in London is to stay in a nice area near the tube. That was great adviceNoise: Although it’s in front of a road, it was pleasant and there wasn’t any noise that would be an issue.Cleanliness: perfectly clean when we got thereKitchen: Perfect, modern, and practicalThis unit is a great property and you won’t regret it. Great Location

Place was great, very clean. The location was easy to get to and an easy walk to amenities and the tube. Nice that it was on the street level as we were carrying huge suitcases, so no stairs to navigate! Host was very helpful with communications and check in was easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice and clean place to stay.

What a great location!! The property was clean, quiet and everything the listing said it was. We were very happy! From Notting Hill Gate there was easy access to the Central, District and Circle Tube lines. If where we went couldn’t be reached directly off those lines then it was a single transfer away. If our hosts were also responsible for the weather then a big thanks there as well! 10 days in London in March and not a drop of rain. Thanks to Rob and Camber for making our London stay as easy as it could be.

The location of the property is excellent, just two streets behind Kensington Palace (12 min walk) and one block away from Churchill Arms. It’s a ten minute walk to Kensington High Street, where Whole Foods, Dishoom, Boots, Trotters, and a whole bunch of other cool shops and restaurants. The manager/owner is attentive and kind, and was helpful.

Lovely Notting Hill

Very nice appartement and quiet, exactly as described, clean and within 5 minutes of Notting Hill Gate tube. Easy to go everywhere using subway. Multiple restaurants and grocery stores within 15 minutes walk. Kitchen well furnished, very much recommand.

We spent 4 days/ 5 nights at Rob’s flat. It was a fantastic base for us to explore London. The flat is spacious, clean, comfortable, and 5 minutes from the tube. It’s located on a quiet street within a busling neighborhood: Fantastic pubs, markets, restaurants, coffee shops, and royal gardens all within walking distance. Rob’s descriptions and recommendations were spot on and very helpful. Can’t wait to visit London again.

Great flat in the heart of London

This is a great flat in Notting Hill that is modern, comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for a group of 4-5 people. It is located near grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, and anything else you need to make your stay convenient and enoiyable. It is also a 3 minute walk to the the Notting Hill Gate tube station, and walking distance to many iconic London sites. Rob the host is very professional and excellent communicator. We can’t recommend this flat highly enough. Thank you Rob for sharing your flat and making our trip that much more enjoyable.

Great Location

This well located property is within an easy walk to an Underground station. If you are willing to walk about 10 minutes, you can get to Portobello Road just north of the flat and Kensington High Street to the south with a variety of stores and restaurants.The flat has skylights that allow for good cross ventilation on warm days. The place was clean and everything was working and as advertised. This is a great find with easy access to all that London has to offer. Rob is very responsive and easily available. My family will return to this flat on our next visit to London.
