La propriété est lumineuse, moderne avec une terrasse extérieure à l'arriÚre au premier étage d'une maison victorienne. Il est trÚs central, à quelques pas d'Oxford Circus, de Regents Park ou de Fitzroy square. De plus Leicester Square, Theatreland, Chinatown, Covent Garden, Selfridges, Carnaby Street, The Royal Academy, Fortnums, Mayfair et Bond Street sont facilement accessibles.

Veuillez noter qu'il y a des travaux de construction en face entre 8 heures-18 heures uniquement en semaine.
Nos heures d'enregistrement sont du lundi au samedi de 9h à 18h. Le dimanche et le soir sur rendez-vous et pour lequel il y a un supplément de 25 £.

Nous demandons à nos clients de respecter trÚs soigneusement l'appartement et le mobilier car ils ont récemment subi des dommages assez graves - dommage. Nous avons remplacé le matelas du lit double en juin 2019. Veuillez également utiliser le chauffage de maniÚre responsable. La plupart du temps, il n'est pas nécessaire de laisser l'appartement entiÚrement chauffé. Merci beaucoup .

Very nice stay

The location is perfect and quiet. Jane answered very quickly to each of our questions beforehand. The arrival was easy. The washing maching had broken down before our arrival and not been repaired, the sofa bed is not usable as a bed and the bathroom ventilation system is too noisy when on. Otherwise, we enjoyed a very nice stay.

Un appartement trÚs bien situé et tout à fait confortable.

TrÚs bien situé, conforme à l'annonce, trÚs propre et bien équipé. Arrivée et départ trÚs faciles. On peut faire beaucoup de choses à pieds, les transports et les commerces sont proches. La communication avec Jane est trÚs facile. Je recommande.

Very nice place, excellent location

This place is amazingly located. As others have mentioned, the place is a bit small (we were 3 people : 1 couple and a friend) but we managed to have breakfast and dinner at the place without any problems. Inge was very helpful with the reception. The house has everything needed for a short trip in London (towels, sheets, tea and coffee). As other have mentioned, thee are currently some construction works, so the view was blocked. There was no noise from the bedroom and only very little noise from the living room. In any case our host warned us before confirming the booking, so we picked and knew what we were going for. Highly recommend!

Central, walkable location. Property was as per photos. Terrace is a welcome bonus. Bed is Australian double but comfortable. Needed windows open for ventilation which means steet noise from downstairs eateries and extraction exhaust noise near the bedroom window til about 5am. Great hot water and well quipped connotations kitchen.

Great location for public transportation. There are 4 tubes stations, train station and multiple bus stops all within a short walk. There are various grocery stores and more restaurants then you can imagine. The bed was comfortable. It all worked well for my husband and me. There are two flights of stairs which I couldn't have been able to get my luggage up. Stayed for two weeks. Would go back in a second.

Great location to visit London. You are within walking distance to several transportation hubs. There amazing mom & pop restaurants on your street. If you plan to stay there in the summer keep in mind there is no AC nor a fan so keep that in mind. I would stay there again.

Loved the location

The location was the highlight of this apartment, being very close to a group of small restaurants and handy to many more within a short walk. Also close to buses and stations for several tube lines. Was handy having a kitchen with ample basic provisions. However, sorry to say We were disappointed in the bed. We have slept in doubles during our travels but this one seemed barely double size but had a topper pad that was wider than the mattress and hung over the sides. We slid off the side of the bed a few times because where you think there is mattress, it is just the topper with norhing to support it underneath. In the end we took turns sleeping on the sofa (not as a sofa bed tho - we tried that but quickly decided it was impossible as the springs were all over the place). Thankfully there was spare linen. Also would point out the black mould in the shower and behind the vanity needs attention. Not very pleasant.

Airy flat in Fitzrovia

A nice place especially given the price point. The flat is very basic and it is difficult imagining two persons staying there comfortably.There is no grill and the washer is broken at the moment. Very little hot water. The upstairs residents are very noisy but thankfully not at night.The checkin process couldn’t be easier and Jane is wonderful to deal with. I would encourage her to develop a little guide to the neighbor (nearest supermarket, chemist, Underground, etc.).

Great location

Very nice flat close to everything we wanted to see. Jane was pleasant and the flat was nice and clean. The entry stairs and hallway to the the unit were quite dirty but I suspect there's nothing she can do about that. No biggie but dont lwt that turn you off. We really liked the location and would stay again. Clear instructions on turning on water heater, etc.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed here while on a short trip to London. The location of this apartment was wonderful, we were able to access multiple underground stations and walk easily to different sites. It is small but comfortable, everything we needed while in town.

Lovely place but not for short people

The flat is pretty much as described. The terrace is large and very attractive. Unfortunately, I was there in the winter so couldn’t use it. In warmer weather it could be why this will be the apartment for you.The bedroom is small but manageable. The mattress warmer was a great treat. I’m an average size woman, 5’4”, but strained to hang clothes in the closets because of the height of the rods. It’s one of the few places I’ve stayed, though, with plenty of hangers. In the kitchen, the refrigerator is above the washing machine. I could reach the first few shelves but the freezer was out of reach and there is no step-stool. The cabinets for the dishes are likewise awkward as you need to hold the door open while trying to remove or replace the dishes. Notwithstanding, the kitchen is very functional and the clothes washer works. One other reviewer mentioned having to stretch to press a button to pull open the outside door when exiting the building. I had thought she must have been very short but in reality, for me it likewise was a real stretch. To get into the building there is an electronic keypad. Jane, the host, was very helpful in explaining you need to be a bit slow and deliberate in punching in the code. If you are a bit more patient than I originally was, it works perfectly.

Excellent Location

This was my second time staying at this property. The owner of the property is always quick with her responses to my questions. The location is perfect for walking to museums. There are many underground stations within walking distance and they are on a variety of lines. There are many grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay at this flat again.

Perfect stay in Fitzrovia

This is a comfortable one bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The location was ideal for us. Close to many restaurants, bars and transport. The kitchen is well equipped. Easy access. Better than advertised, we would be happy to stay here again.

Delightful Flat in a great neighborhood

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The flat is delightful providing a full size bed with cabinets for clothes, a combined living/dining area with a tv that had Netflix and Amazon Prime available, a bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette. The neighborhood was very nice with restaurants close by. It was quiet and easily accessible to the subway or long walks.

London September 2024

We wanted to be in Central London and Cleaveland Street ticked everybox. Fitzrovia is a hidden Gem unknown to me as I passed to and from The West End in my youth. The host promptly answered any questions and the neighbours were very friendly. Apart from a couple of maintenance issues like a broken iron and the lack of Camden Council to have a working refuge collection I shall be staying here again. All in all a great stay. Back next year. Mouse droppings and what more do you want

The outdoor patio is a feature of this property it is a shame it was not cleaned occassionally. It badly needed a good clean and a sweep with a broom. A pressure wash would have been better and the strips of paint that had fallen from the walls should not be there. While the paint falling of walls is not in the owners control they should not be there and they had been for a while. The pots of flowers were, in the majority pots of weeds. A bid disappointment for what was a feature gone bad. The overall cleanliness was lacking, It had been given a ctas lick instead of a clean by a so called cleaning team. The multi coloured coffee mug had all the stains of past users. A little bleach would have gone down well. The shower, in the bath, had a non slip mat in it which was good but for the build up of other peoples dirt , again a good bleaching and clean was very needed. We had a suit case on the lounge floor and my leather jacket was on it. My wife picked up the jacket and a mouse jumped out and I am not in the habit of taking mice on holiday with us. Just to confirm its residency it appeared the next day from the kitchen and then darted back under the cupboards. The washing machine did not work ( a note was left telling us that) and in the bathroom the exhaust fan started to make screeetching noise to wake the dead. Resulting in us having to toilet and /or shower by torchlight. The location was excellent near bus and train but the dirtiness turned us off I have run out of space

This London flat is one of our favourite places as it is so central with many London attractions within walking distance. We enjoy using the flat as a base from which to work. It has its own outdoor space for eating, working or just chatting too! We enjoy walking in Regents Park or playing tennis.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Fitzrovia is a favourite central London location for us so close to the centre with media, clothing, and construction businesses.

The street has a community atmosphere with small restaurants, cafes, a pub, shoe repairer and excellent fish and chips.

Within a very easy distance are Fitzroy Square, another Fitzrovia centre with a well renowned fish restaurant + trendy new diner and very popular classic London pubs. John Lewis and Oxford street are other irresistible, nearby attractions for me at least!
